The quality of the product lives up to my expectations

Push pad buttons take some getting used to. Sometimes difficult to find the button since they are flush with the panel. Convection and broiling work better than expected. Delivery was hassle free and they showed up in the designated time window.

You have to read the book in order to reset the clock when the electricity goes off as it doesn't reset itself. I found a product called Zep Foaming Glass Cleaner to clean the top as the surface always looks messy. Mix baking soda with a little vinegar in a small bowl and let it foam - then take either a sponge or paper towel and clean the top of the surface if something boils over -- make sure the surface is not hot. There are many recommended products out there to clean the surface but I like this best and then when the mixture dries in the bowl, just wet a paper towel or sponge and rub it on the mixture and it works great.

This was definitely an upgrade from our old range. My wife and I absolutely love it. Easy to clean the top and cooks fast. Different from a regular range but well worth the buy.

This Samsung stove is great. It heats up quickly, it has 2 double burners and 2 small ones which gives you more options. The oven is amazing, it has great heat distribution and works great.

This item cooks great. The oven cooks faster. For example it says 28 minutes for a cake 15 minutes is all you need. The top of the stove is very hard to keep clean. If you spill something on it since it’s black it stands out .

This is the first convection stove i owned and i love the way it bakes and how crisp the fries come out. I have only had it 2 months, but i am enjoying baking with it.

This range was very nice, perfect fit, and looks great...my only problem is that it went on sale less than 3 weeks after I purchased it and I could not use the price match....so I am not happy about that....

Our old range desperately needed replacing and the Samsung did the trick - and then some! It heats evenly and I especially love the convection bake and roast features. It looks great, too!

I recently purchased this range to match my Samsung refrigerator and dishwasher. This range is stylish as well as easy to use. I would totally recommend this product

The range has a lot oh nice features some of which I haven’t tried out yet. The bottom storage bin is smaller than my old range but it gives extra room in the oven

A perfect fit for my kitchen. Did not want to soend too much money as we will probably be selling the house in the next year or less. Has all the features, self cleaning and convection.

So very happy with my new electric cooktop range. It's been easy to clean according the the instructions that came with the range and cooking has been great. Very easy to care for.

I love the black stainless. It goes well with my new black stainless refrigerator. The burners heat up fast and cook food evenly and the stovetop is super easy to clean.

Stove top works great, the few times we have used the oven, it has worked well. Stove top gets hot insanely fast and brings things to a boil quickly. Love it!

We really like our new Samsung electric stove. It has all the features we require and then some. Everything we have cooked and baked to date has come out just fine!
