It cooks so even and the conv. oven is bakes the the food great. Its does take a little extra keeping the top off the range clean but its worth it.

It has a dehydrate feature this works well on a tray of fruit. It looks great but It is a pain to keep the black glass top clean. It shows every little smear.

Slow to boil

I have used different cookware & different size burners as they recommend and it soes not make any difference. Other than that, I love it. Convection option is quiet.
