I needed the back panel replaced on my 2015 Samsung Electric Range; sadly the part was no longer in stock; the tech told me the range would be replaced; later same day, he called with a phone number and info I needed to start the process. On 3/19 my new range was delivered & installed; basically same as the 2015 with minor changes. Both ranges are attractive; I have been pleased with both; the large oven is a plus particularly during holidays. Yes, I bought another protection plan for the new range.

Nowhere could I find a white range with a white cooktop. I was extremely hesitant about having a black cooktop because of cleaning and streaking issues. Now, almost two months later, I’m pleased to say that the cooktop cleans easily and streak free. The very knowledgeable sales lady gave me a product to purchase that works...WEIMAN New Cook Top Max (micro bead scrubbing). Excellent product, unpleasant scent to me, but I recommend it!

I have to keep thermometors inside the over to be sure it is at the correct temperature.

Oven heats evenly and controls are easy to use. Range top is very hard to keep clean even with suggested cleaner. Preheating takes too long.

The dryer I replaced was like going to the laundry mat. At the end of the cycle it would overheat my clothes. This dryer with moisture control prevents overheating and is gentle on your clothes. I have only had this for a month but I absolutely would recommend this dryer. The only downfall is having to read the manual for all of the features, however it is pretty easy to use. The dryer will choose what you need based on what setting you choose but also allows you to modify the auto settings very easily.
