So happy I came to Best Buy for my appliances. I will continue to buy my products from Best Buy for years to come. The service at the store was great and the installation of my range went just as well. You can’t beat the prices and thus was an awesome experience for my husband and I.

Oven is a little slow to heat up, and there is a slight learning curve for learning what buttons to push and in what order to get oven temp and timer right, but otherwise not a bad appliance. Top burners boil water fast, but also don't seem to know how to simmer as many things continue to boil even when left on low. If you nudge the dial a squidge above LOW you're moving into boiling territory. I notice oven runs about 20 degrees cool since it counts up to the temperature when you preheat, and if I adjust the temp mid bake I can see it's low.

Its my first convection oven also. It is of great quality and I like the way that it cooks food. The design is modern and attractive. My only issue is that the glass burners discolor rather quickly and I have not found a product yet that totally removes the residue. Overall I am happy but would probably select a different model next time.
