Love the functionality of the controls and the size and warming options of the stove top. Buy some stove top polish to care for and keep shiny clean all the time. Caution 1) when the “stovetop still hot” light finally turns off, give it a little more time as it’s still slightly too hot to touch for some. Caution 2) when oven is on, the front top edge may be a little too warm/hot to touch for some, especially the little ones.

It squeaked like there was a family of mice living in it when preheating. Oven door closing sounded like crushing a beer can. This Samsung is great. Closing the oven door sounds like closing the door on a Mercedes. Preheats quickly and QUIETLY. Burners are taking some getting used to but are consistent. Every range needs to be broken in. Haven't tried the convection yet. So far so great!

I did my own installation which went without problems. The installation guide was excellent. The range performs as advertised. Particularly like how fast the front burners boil water. The digital readout of setting and showing the oven temperature is nice. My only complaint is the draw under the oven is somewhat flimsy but all the ranges I looked at were like this. Being metal, dishes put it rattle if there is any floor vibration.

Like the number of oven racks. Controls are easy to use but don’t seem to be well lighted, or maybe I haven’t found what would make them light up. Cooked only three meals since installation two days ago! Drawer beneath oven is roomier than I thought. Got all pans and other things from previous range drawer into this one—baking pans, frying pans, etc. Nice and easy to use.
