The ovens were plagued with problems. It was a $1600 stove which we paid another $1k trying to fix. So when we gave up and replaced it, we figured no sense buying expensive. We got this stove because it is a base model but has all the features of a fancy unit. Worst decision EVER! It took 10 min to boil water...15 min to get an egg to ‘set’ for scrambling then when it heated...it burned the egg. Obviously one should expect a learning curve to each stove but this one is more than that. It is a base model so it heats slow. The oven cooked well but we need the fast boil burners (there are two) to actually reach temperature quickly. For our large family, a base model will not work for us. I could see this stove working great for a young couple, a single person or maybe someone who doesn’t cook a lot. But don’t let the features up sell the actual expectations.
