Purchased this range as a replacement for a 12 year old range. Many options for the burner arrangement for use. Has some options that I have not had a chance to use (bread proofing and dehydration)

The unit is prone to smudges and must be cleaned with a special cleaner frequently. It takes getting used to after replacing an 18-year old unit. It does what we bought it for. The keypad must be punched harder than keypads on other appliances.

All in all great stove, I am a Baker and I will say it runs much hotter than my previous model (which was still fairly new, just not black stainless) I now know to set temp to about 10 to 15 degrees lower.

I have had the range for a little over a month now, everything on this works extremely well. The only reason I did not give it a 5 star rating is the top is hard to keep clean and the warming bin in fairly cheap compared to the rest of the product.

Very sleek and modern, this oven cooks my meals perfectly. It has a great display with a built in timer and self cleaning. I love the glasstop cooking area and storage below.

My only complaint about this stove is the cleaning, it hard to remove stuff that spills or splatters over, which oil does. It's ok for this type of stove, my preference would be gas but I can't have that where I currently live.

We needed a new range oven and we chose Samsung. We love it! It works great, it looks great, and the Geek Squad delivery team did a quick, wonderful job installing it! Very pleased with our purchase!

I really like the functionality of this range both the cooktop and the oven. However the top is very hard to keep clean. My previous similar cooktop had more of a texture and did not show every drop that was spilled. It was also easier to remove the spills.

If I had it to do over again, I would have gotten gas. It is a good oven but the glass top, well glass and metal, just do NOT mix.

We love the stove. Cooks fast. Bakes even. However, we just heard about issues with Samsung stoves catching on first. Some electrical issues. We will be checking online and may be returning ours.

This range has everything you’ll need to cook a great meal. The only thing I don’t like is the cooktop is so hard to keep clean. The smooth black top shows every spec of food, dust and splatters.

Love the combination look and oven bakes well. Issues are it takes a long time to preheat oven, cooktop elements need constant adjusting to avoid overcooking and it is very hard to clean even after immediate minor spills. Some spots do not clean at all.

Stove top and oven work great. Convection oven is a plus. Haven't needed to use the steam cleaner yet but I am hopeful. The stove top is a bit of a challenge to keep clean. We are following the mfg's directions but it smudges way too easily and is hard to clean food and liquid spills. I would choose a different surface in the future.

I love my Samsung stove the best stove I have ever owned so far! It boils water so fast and it bakes cakes and muffins so evenly! Love ❤️ Cooking on my stove

Would give it a five-star and as much as I like the smooth top everything shows on the smooth top fingerprints whatever so I'm constantly cleaning it if it wasn't for that I would give it a 5-star review

The range is working fine so far. Just make sure you clean the top immediately after use as this will make the job easier.

This Samsung convection oven is fully featured and seems made in a very high construction manner. The fingerprint resistant black stainless steel finish is outstanding.

This a good applience. My wife really likes how well it works. The temperature is much easier to control than on our previous electric range.

After waiting 6 months for delivery, range was delivered. About 6 weeks after delivery cosmetic imperfections occurred on the bottom left of the control panel after boiling water on the back left burner (the control panel is too close to these back burners). I have been trying to get this resolved through Samsung customer care (WHICH IS COMPLETELY USELESS). The service team came today only to have Samsung deny them fixing the problem. I was told that you have 48 hours after delivery to notify them of cosmetic imperfections. I stated that the issue occurred after 6 weeks and had nothing to do with that. I was told that any imperfections found after the first 48 hours were considered damage done by the customer. When asked how boiling water on the back left burner is considered customer damage, they had no reply. Maybe you will have better luck with a stainless steel finish, but do not get the black finish. My American made range that I had for almost 20 years never had an issue with the paint changing color when I boiled water on one of the rear burners. Even though this is the 10th Samsung product that I currently have in my house, do like I am currently going to do - BUY A DIFFERENT BRAND!!!

it is not fingerprint resistant, it scratches too easily, and directions are not well enough written for me. I haven't used the oven part yet, but the top of range is confusing. Hopefully I can get used to it
