    The first one lasted a month and oven locked. After MANY phone calls and hassles between BestBuy and Samsung it was finally replaced That took almost 2 months of no oven. Disappointed to say the least.

    The top of the stove after less than a month are discoloring and the top is no longer the black it was when purchased. I had another range and it never did this. It is NOT a problem of cleaning. I realize this was a scratch and dent but that should have anything to do with the range top.

    As you can see on the list of orders this item has been delivered. STOP saying it needs to have a delivery date, I have already been charged for it.

    This is the 4th stove I have gotten in 6 weeks. The cook top kept bubbling And Samsung said its only cosmetic If you pay $800 for something it better shine and not bubble 4th has not bubbled yet. Butt I am waiting on it

    Good Electric Range

    Purchased for a rental home, looks modern and clean. I’ve never actually used it but it looks like it could prepare a very delicious meal for a family of 8 or 9.

    The stainless still gets rust looking marks that doesn’t come off. We only use stainless teal cleaner to buy.

    Unfortunately when the stove was delivered it was damaged. Since they come from overseas it’s going to take a month to replace. Haven’t been there to use yet

    Glass burners easy to Scratch There was a couple scratches on left front burner when they brought it in and they are not coming out.

    Let's call a lemon a lemon

    What follows may be somewhat skewed by our other recent appliance pitfalls from Samsung and the lack of support to repair or facilitate self-repair... The oven was great for about a year (just over) and then the display crashed. There is no repair support in my area, as we found out with our new Samsung washer that also died after only a brief period of use. So we self repair what can be repaired, however, when you give a company thousands of dollars for products that fail as soon as the warranty runs out and then they want to charge you for the repair manual, it's adding insult to injury. Save yourself the heartache and either purchase from a brand that has a robust repair support network or product that doesn't die within a month of the warranty expiration.

    Cooktop longevity is lacking

    I have owned this stove for about 3 weeks now. I have not been able to use it once, however, my mother-in-law and wife have. There are rings around where the pots sat. They were brand new pots with only initial washing so they shouldn't have had anything on them. Also I found a chip in the glass... I am not certain if it was there at delivery or not, but for the age and the intended purpose, it looks like this unit will be a lot of maintenance and upkeep.

    Burners are slow to heat up; lights are very bright which is good. It is difficult to tell which burners are on from the control knobs.

    once you start frying food the grease sticks to the ceramic top and become hard to come off. very hard to clean.

    Controls are not as functional as what our previous 15 yr old stove were. Harder to change settings. Self Cleaning does not do near as good of a job as my old stove did. Pretty disappointing purchase as would think that technology would have made a new stove better than what was available 15 years ago.
