    About done with Best Buy.. I’ve spent thousands. Just bought a new range in mid November,I shows up scratched.. two weeks later the new one shows up at the house broken also... reordered... now I get a call supposedly getting delivered Saturday... then Saturday turns into next Thursday!! How about offering some sort of compensation for all the headaches!! Definitely none was offered from the Geek Squad!!!

    This thing stopped working after 5 months of regular use. I am highly disappointed at Samsung appliances overall because I have not only had issues with my Range, but also the Samsung fridge and washer and dryer we bought from Best Buy as well. I would recommend you save your money and look up consumer reports for other reputable appliances.

    Each one we received was dented

    We originally went into Best Buy for this range. However, each time the range was delivered it had a dent along the top. After two failed attempts, the second one being much worst than the first, we were able to negotiate into getting the next model up for the same price. Only problem we have seen so far is adjusting the chime volume. It's either not possible or a complex process we haven't figured out/read yet.

    Had the stove for 15 months and the wires shorted out in back of stove. Samsung stated it wasn't covered anymore. They'll come to fix it Thursday, today is Monday. Now they can't come until next Monday and it will cost 330.00, half the price of the stove itself.

    Do not buy Samsung Products! Literally all of my Samsung products have failed in some way over the years. My smartwatch, tv, appliances, etc. The "black stainless" coating on this stove started peeling away after 1 year of very light use. Complete garbage products. STAY AWAY!

    Not recommended. Oven bake unevenly, have to use higher temperature than the recipes recommend. Top stove surface worned out very quickly, after a few month. Bought 6 month ago and looks like my old one used for 15 years. Samsung customer service guided me to recalibrate the oven. Nothing changed.

    We bought this stove with high hopes but like most of the reviews we quickly have discovered the glass cooktop is not good quality at all. After the first time cooking there was a scratch on it so disappointed with this purchase

    got stove and used for 6months and in the 6 mounths broke down about 5 diffent times had to go buy diffent stove.will never buy samsung stove ever again. this stove is junk.
