Burner stopped working 6 months after purchase. Would not recommend

Sold a faulty product that was also a hazard to my home full of people on christmas eve.

Would not recommend this oven to anyone . It broke within the first 3 hours of use .

Worked great until it burned my house down on day 5.

With all of the other Samsung appliances we have, the range makes everything "look in place". It cleans easily and works great. We just can't figure out how to make pizza, the cheese and outside crust gets done but the crust in the middle is still doughy.

We have had it for four years and it is still great.

After six years, the glass top cracked right down the left side

The only one of our Samsung package that is still kickin'! It has been good and reliable, even 6 years in.

So I bought a house in 2019. Purchased a package deal with the stove, fridge, microwave and dish washer. After purchasing I realized I was able to get a gas range (which I purchased a electric, not knowing I had gas hook ups) so I called and asked if I was able to return my electric stove in exchange for a gas stove. The customer representative told me yes not problem it would just be a upcharge of 98 dollars and some change. Okay no problem, gave her my information and changed my card and initiated the return. Got my new stove, great so excited. UNTIL I recieved my statement in the mail and they charged me for a whole other gas range! After I was told it would be 98. I have reached out a million times, not a single customer service rep spoke English or was willing to help. I drove a hour and a half to the nearest Best Buy. Spoke with a manager spent 2 hours in the store she said yes I was completely right and I got over charged she tried reaching out to try to help. She could not get any help either, THE MANAGER couldn’t do anything for me even though she saw I got ripped off. Needless to say after a million of attempts to fix the situation I ended up paying for a whole other gas range and a electric range I RETURNED. Worst customer service I have ever recieved and would not recommend anyone buy anything from this company.

This unit was great until it wasn't. Bought it in 2018 and the glass top cracked earlier this year, in 2023. Lasted less than 5 years. Called and had the glass top replaced by samsung for free as courtesy, but only after the repair services came and did an inspection and concluded it wasn't our fault it cracked. A few months later and the replacement glass top has cracked again - just in time for Thanksgiving. Now we're out a working stove and we are hosting Thanksgiving this year too at that. NOT a happy camper. I loved it while it lasted but just cannot recommend this stove since it lasted less than 5 years and this glass top seems to be a ongoing issue now.

I ordered this stove just in time, right before it went on sale and sold out. This was after it had sold out at Home Depot and Brandsmart. This is probably the most affordable convection range that I have seen, as compared to other. The delivery: One thing I like about Best Buy is you can order a delivery and haul-away while setting preferred time window. That being said, I had set my time between the hours of 7:00 AM-and 1:00 PM. However, they came around 6:30 while I was still in bed, and were ready to pull off right at 7:00, which is unacceptable. When they delivered the stove, they were very sloppy and careless. While they plugged it in, they did not take off any of the plastic, padding, or even make sure the range worked properly. Very poor The stove The ups 1. The burners heat up a lot faster than a tradition electric stove 2. The stove top has five burners including a warming station 3. Oven heats up quickly 4. Steam clean option as opposed to self clean 5. When setting a timer, or setting the temperature there is keypad as opposed to arrows 6. You don't need a range with an air fryer setting, your convection settings can air fry, food comes out nice and crispy 7. There are regular baking and broiling options Downs 1. You can't set the timer for anything than under a minute 2. There is special dispenser to pour the water when running a steam clean cycle. Rather, you dump the water on the bottom of the oven, which makes a mess. 3. The storage door is too short and the material seems less durable than my last storage bin.

Stove was a good buy we have been cooking on it for 5 years

I don't recommend buying this or any Samsung stove/oven. We've owned this for 3 years, and today the glass cooktop cracked for no apparent reason. Upon researching this, it's a very common problem with Samsung cooktops. We contacted Samsung and of course they won't do anything about it, even though they know it's a problem. One more little nugget they told me, this part is not replaceable. So now we're stuck with a 3 year old oven with a stove that we can't use. Samsung products....built to last...3 years before you have to buy a new one. Do NOT buy Samsung!

We have had this for a week now and have used the Convection Oven on Bake, regular Bake, Broil and a few of the stove top burners including the warming pad. So far we couldn't be happier with this purchase. Everything has worked trouble free and as it should.

Electrical wire sparking after 3yrs of use. It has eelded itself to the cover plate.

Just received this oven today. Installed without much of a hitch (although one of the screws was completely stripped upon receipt?). Then set the oven to 400 for an hour, as directed by the materials. The oven makes A LOT of clicking when heating up and when maintaining temp. We will likely get used to it, or it may not be as noticeable with the TV on and such, but it is a lot of clicking. Apparently this is "normal" with Samsung ranges? In any case, I will update this review as we cook and its function. The oven looks great, however.

I owned this oven for two and half years and both front burners became uncontrollable, they over heated on low and finally gave out a month later, I called the manufacturer in USA Ridgefield Park N.J 07603 or warehouse and the customer service person, seem more concerned about selling me a newer oven at 50% off, only to find out that it was the same deal that I can get on my own. I have 2 other Samsung appliances, had several notes, tablets the ultra 24 and another Samsung Galaxy, and Note 10, all these purchases was just under three years. So me being disappointed and disgusted is an understatement.

Terrible purchase as have been our other Samsung appliances. The temperature on the burner controls failed and they only go to high heat. Impossible to put something on stove and walk away. Constantly turning burner on and off while cooking to try to keep from burning. We ordered a part to fix (because, of course, no appliance repair company will service Samsung). Turns out the part Samsung sent would require re-wiring because they discontinued the original part and this would have to be modified to fit. Ridiculous. I will NEVER purchase Samsung again. Our $2500 Samsung refrigerator failed after 6 months last year and Samsung said it was unfixable and it was a known defect in that model. Yet, they are still selling it. They look good but the quality is below zero. Stay away.

I do all the cooking in my house, love to cook. This stove is the best one I've ever had. Temperature adjustments are spot on, from a low setting that does what it should to the cranked on high that will boil water amazingly fast. Go from browning Italian sausage, dumping in tomatoes, getting them boiling quickly, to a slow simmer, fantastic. Looking forward to years of cooking on this.

Love this samsung convection oven and self cleaning too.
