    Great appliance easy to clean! Have always hated electric stoves but my new house didn’t have gas so had to buy this. I actually now love electric stove because it made my cooking so much faster and the clean up is a breeze!

    Main burner is either not hot enough or the temperature of the sun! Has been this way since it was bought. Led display started going out around the 2 yr mark. And now the black stainless coating is peeling off

    Oven works fine. Control panel awkward because turning off the timer and turning off the oven look like doing one and ends up being the other. The BIGGEST problem is trying to boil anything, especially a 3 minute egg. Set the burner on highest setting and it goes on and off, according to the manual per design. Because of the slow warm up, the egg is partially cooked when it starts boiling. When do I start my 3 minute timer? Even the "fast boil" burner does this so whether you are canning or making jello, it takes much longer to reach a boil than all other ranges I've used.

    We LOVED this range for the 3 years it lasted. Today, as I was doing the self-clean mode, the glass on the door exploded. Super bummed. Otherwise, this was an excellent range.

    My experience has nothing to do with Best Buy....that experience was fine. Samsung on the other, I have not had a good experience. I have had this stove less than a month and it has broken....right before the holidays (not to mention I just went to the grocery and stocked up on food that I cannot cook). While the electricity to the stove is just fine, the stove has no power unless I turn one of the burners to the "on" position. Then the stove seems to wake up. Despite the burner being turned on, it does not heat up. I also tried to heat the oven (again, I can only do this if I turn the burner knob to an "on" position otherwise the oven seems to have no power) and it does not heat up. Samsung is sending a tech, but it will take a week. I explained my situation and the urgency and was told "sorry, that's the best they can do." Their best doesn't quite work for me when I have a house full of guests coming and a fridge full of food to cook that I have no way of cooking.

    Worst stove ever! Door wouldn’t shut properly and oven wouldn’t stay hot. Best Buy repairman said nothing was wrong. I won’t ever buy this brand again.

    stove top burners will burn everything

    At first I thought this was a great range. I figured I just needed to learn how to use it. Now I am seeing that the reason I am burning all my meals, and having to throw out so much food, is because the front two burners, which I use most often, have faulty temperature settings. It seems to be cooking at a high temperature even at the lower settings. Even at 2 or low, the food will continue to boil. The only option to not be cooking on high is to turn the burner off. So I am constantly turning it off and then back on again. This is very frustrating. The back 2 burners seem ok, but they are too small to use for most of my meals.

      The two front burners have the Dual Power Burners feature therefore you need to make sure that you are using them in the correct mode. Please check page 19 on the user's manual and you will find the correct steps to use them.

    Never again. We purchased our stove in November of 2018. Within the first year we had to replace the glass top because it cracked while using the lower left burner. We were accused of an impact crack. I’ve owned glass top stoves for many years and never once had an issue with the top cracking. Now it’s cracked again on the same burner while heating oil for an egg and here we are another two weeks plus we are without our stove.

    The worse range ever Be advised that this range is a piece of garbage do not be fooled with the relatively low price, simply because this would not last even 3 years in the row, instead you will keep paying for service just to keep it working Also the knops are very bad quality to the point you have to change the whole set every 2 months not more, the price per one knob is $50 Also the material it is made of is very cheap, the brand name letters Samsung, was just fell out just by gentle cleaning Also they give you only one year warranty for every thing, including the basic functions like the oven function, and YOU WILL DEFINATELY, need to do some repair after this one year The last thing I remember is , when you are using the oven, the stove top gets super hot to the point it can burn your hand easily I wished some body spent some time and wrote the right review before I bought this piece of garbage

    Disappointing oven.

    We bought this range a few months ago. The cook top works fine. But the oven, it takes one and half hours to preheat to 350 degree. My husband wants to broil a steak, he could never do it. We called Samsung, they sent a technician to fix it. First time, he changed computer panel, issue was still there. Second time, they sent the same technician, changed temperature sensor. The problem was not fixed. Third time, the saaame technician came, he could not find the problem and said we might need to get another oven. It is brand new oven. Samsung is supposed to be a great reliable brand, how come they can’t find the problem? We need oven to cook for sure. We bought the whole set of appliances and washer and dryer with black stainless steel. I thought it supposed to be real stainless steel, we have a spot on microwave black stainless steel peeled,it shows shine in it, it seems like paint layer on regular stainless steel. So disappointed with my purchase. I hope Samsung needs to do something for my oven.

    Glass top discolors easily

    We have cooked on this four times using stainless steel pans. We have been very careful not set non-cookware items on the glass, drag cookware across the surface, or shake the cookware while cooking. But the top glass around the edges of the burners immediately discolored and went from black to a light grey.

    Waiting to see if maybe I just got a lemon...

    I bought this Samsung range because of the looks and features advertised. It was delivered and we tried the stove but the "fast boil" wasn't fast at all! My husband put a teapot on to boil on the left side and after 20 minutes it was only luke-warm on the highest setting! We tried the right side and it didn't work either. They didn't even glow. The back right burner glowed a little but we had to shut the lights out to see it. We haven't tried the oven and probably won't. We are exchanging it for another range, same make and model, in the hopes that it was this particular range and not the brand. The previous model looks very similar and got great reviews and supposedly this was the "upgraded" version of that model so I am hoping we just happened to get a lemon.

    Has not been a good oven. Oven has never cooked evenly or been accurate on temperature. Now one of the burners is bad, not even 4 yrs old. Dissaponting purchase

    I regret purchasing this range almost every day that we use it. No matter what temperature the large burners are set at, they will bring everything to a boil. The small burners can't bring a pot of water to a boil. The oven takes 15 to 20 minute to preheat and even longer for convection. The surface is impossible to keep clean. The alarm is horrible. After less than 2 years, I am shopping for a replacement.

    You’ll get burnt, don’t buy

    I am sorry I bought this unit. The cooktop gets very hot when using the large burners so you have to be very careful not to get burnt. The most annoying thing is that the metal side frame of the cooktop gets extremely hot when cooking on the large burners. Very, very dangerous especially if you have kids around. The front side of the range is never supposed to be hot but it is extremely hot in this model. Do not buy!

    Purchased a Samsung electric range in 2011. The burners are out of control. You can’t simmer any thing or boil water quickly. The inside of the oven is rusty. And can’t be cleaned. After 8 years I’m buying a new stove and it won’t be a Samsung. I’ll going back to Kenmore.
