I bought this stove approximately 3 years ago. There were problems by year one; current problem count = 3 problems. There's a "getting to know you" stage with most stovetops. After three years, I've found the front left burner lives up to its name as the Rapid Boil burner. It's good for a quick boil. The lowest setting this burner offers is medium-low. The front right burner temps run too high or too low for their setting. It's a constant dance with the temp nobs. There are three induction sizes on this burner and the only way to a solid medium temp is by using the largest induction area on Level 2. The two smallest burners in the back seem to have the best handle on a full range of temps, which is inconvenient, especially when cooking with anything larger than a 1 qt. pot. The convection part of the oven went out right at a year. The digital display went out within a year and a half. Now all the function lights flash like a Press Your Luck gameshow board. It could induce seizures in anyone susceptible.

We are really happy with this stove and the convection feature! Its sleek looking and looks great in our kitchen!

Though we are still learning how to use a convection oven we really love this unit. The fifth warming pad is great for those larger meals

The stove was a nice upgrade to my kitchen. Set up was easy and the instructions were very easy to follow. Very nice product.

Installed and ready to go in minutes. For the price and it being a convection oven it can’t be beat. Great stove for even a better value!

This is our first stove to have a convection feature, and what a positive impact it has made. We are completely satisfied!

We have owned many Samsung products over the past 15 years and have been reasonably satisfied with most; however, 4 years ago we purchased a refrigerator $1999, range $999 and microwave range hood combination $349. The first 3 years we had no issues with either product; but then serious problems started with the refrigerator; ice maker quit working, then shortly after that the fridge would not maintain the proper temperature and lots of food spoiled. Within a month or two, the range oven malfunctioned; the headaches got worse when we tried to reach out to Samsung tech support. I recommend DO NOT BUY THESE PRODUCTS! I wonder if others submitting reviews through this thread purchased their units manufactured on a different day of the week or they own Samsung stock because my experience lately has not been favourable!

Excited to have the convection/bake and convection/roast features. Cooking is even and makes everything just right.

The oven cooks the food evenly. I like the smaller and larger burner selections based on the size of the pan. Very efficient.

Nice looking stove. Love the smooth cooking top. Very easy to clean. The price is really good for all of the features that it has.

We bought it in November and we have not had any problem so far. Very good for the price that we got it.

Amazing Electric Range, Heats up really quick, the settings and options are great.

Upgraded to stainless steel and flat top. Was very pleased with our selection. One thing to note. They tell you for in home delivery that you need to purchase a replacement plug for the stove. What they don't tell you is that your current stove cant be hard wired in or the delivery company won't install it. I ended up disconnecting the old stove and hooking up the new one. Very simple installation. Only three wires. Check this before you schedule your delivery to make sure you know what you're up against. Plug wasn't needed.

This oven is great. It's sleek looking and the convection and self clean work really well. It uses steam to self clean.

Looks great .works great .. best buy needs to know inventory levels when a purchase is made .but other than that its a great oven

Oven works good and is easy to use. Have not had any problems with oven other that one of the legs breaking off while moving oven.

I love this oven. Beautiful and holy cow is it cool to use. I’m baking for all the neighborhood and it’s a breeze to steam clean.

Love the stainless. So easy to keep clean. Love the different size burners, no wasted energy when cooking with a small pan.

Temp at setting was off by 20 degrees. Reset at 350 and it worked fine there. Set for 400 and it was off again. Better have an oven thermometer to watch! Level was off as installed. Cakes came out crooked. Anti-tipping device was not installed. I'll notify Best Buy if I have a tipping accident.
