The biggest thing that we have to get used to is the convection setting which tends to dry food out a lot faster than we think it would. It works great for roasting things that you want crispy, but mostly everything else we cook with the basic bake feature.

The surface burners heat up pots and pans much faster than our previous stove. The oven is ok, the back tends to cook faster than the front so I have to rotate the dish 1/2 way through. Overall, I like it.
