I bought this stove and had it installed on early June 2015. On Aug 20, 2015, when I was cooking, actually just start boiling a small pot of water, I heard a cracked sound. The glass top had a big cracked that extended over 1/2 the surface. I didn't drop anything on it. No den, no glass chips, no spider web cracked. The glass top just cracked because of I am using it to cook. Call Samsung, sent out technician, and Samsung - Product Support- refused to fix it because it is "Physical Damage" . Yes, the product is Physical Damage but it is not by me, is because I am using it to cook. Definitely, there are some defect or quality issue here. A $800+ stove last for just less than 3 months. The price quote from the technician is $175 + tax for the glass top, $355 + tax for the labor. It is almost like a cost for the new stove. When I search online, this is not a unique case. And Samsung keeps using Physical Damage as an excuse. They should put a warning on the display that Glass Top are easy to cracked, and it is not under our warranty. Don't buy their product.

Great for the price. Nice sleek design. The convection feature is a great option. It's not too deep so it fits nicely in a smaller kitchen without compromising too much space inside. Drawbacks are minor: makes a lot of clicking noises when preheating, shallow storage drawer at bottom (sacrificed for oven space).

I read the reviews on this range before purchasing but decided to buy anyway. The oven works very well. The sound people here I believe is the thermostat of the oven cycling on and off. We love the range with the exception of cleaning the top. We purchased a kit which helps a lot, but still not what one would consider easy. Other than that, it is a great range.

Great stove, nice big burners with different sizes and cooking capabilities. The stove has regular cook option plus convection method. The stove preheats quickly and cooks food perfectly and evenly. The stove itself is nice looking, sturdy doors and nice stainless steel with a beautiful glass ceramic top. I'm so glad I purchased this stove as I love to cook. I have never had a stove this good, very pleased with my purchase.

Intuitive easy to understand and operate controls. When relatives visit for holidays, they help cook and operate stove without instruction. Cooks, bakes and heats up fine, as expected. Stainless steel and black stove top are hard to keep looking clean. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't have stainless steel appliances anywhere.

LOVE this range! The multiple size of EVERY burner! plus a adjustable warmer and the oven is so quick! I have't used the cleaner yet but I know it will be easier because there is no element you have to move to clean crumbs off the bottom before you start!

This is our first convectional oven. We love it so far! Plenty of room for multiple pans of things inside the oven. Easy move shelves and deep enough for a big pan. The flattop heats up very quickly on the quick burn burners. Easy to clean with the right cleaner. Just make sure you have smooth, flat bottom pans though!

We upgraded all of our appliances to black stainless when we bought this range. Due to the ceramic glass top, we had to move our cabinets to create more space for this to fit in since it can't come in contact with counter/cabinets/etc due to the heat generated from the top. Not thrilled with the ceramic top since I have to clean it after each use and remove pan marks, etc. Spend more time cleaning it than detailing my vette. Otherwise, have had no issues cooking on top or using the oven. Haven't use the convection as of yet. Next time, we will be getting a gas one and running the line.

Gross. Disgusting stove top ever. Cooked some good ramen on the first day and it was great, fantastic! The next day we boiled some water and the water droplets dropped onto the stovetop and created some disgusting bubbles! I could not believe my eyes. What has happened? It was just water, but the glass started to create air bubbles. No explanation, gonna exchange or return it for sure. Must have been a defected stove or samsung sucks. So disappointed. Look at the photos and see! Is this normal for a stove top with just water??

easy to clean,cooks well,I like no coil in bottom, saw reviews about bubbles in glass, impossible! that is splashed grease that has formed polymer! I had the worst baked on mess from a relative that cooked and did not clean all weekend, thought new stovetop was ruined, elbow grease and Weiman cleaner. Perfect. Would never go back to coil burners. Not sure convection makes huge difference. Also, the quick clean w/ water does not work, however, self clean works amazing. Do agree button panel needs a little extra push not like microwave touch pad. Compared to my 20 yr old stove, for the price, this is awesom.

The dial controllers are easier to use than the digital that need to be tapped multiple times for the correct setting. But the oven is constantly making clicking noises during its use. Can be annoying, hope it is normal

It may be because I upgraded from a GE oven from 2002 or it could be it wasn't a convection oven, but this oven blows my old oven out of the water. It is easy to clean, everything cooks evenly and with the convection oven cookies don't take as long to bake.

This is our first convection oven and our first glass top range. We are still getting used to it but appreciate its many features. We wanted a true convection oven and this was the best priced oven that we could find. We have not been disappointed.

The Samsung stove has been cooking well once you get used to the dials to find the appropriate heat setting. With three different operating size burners on one dial, it's more difficult to be precise compared to single burner dials. Oven is spacious and leaves plenty of options for rack height setting. Oven cleaning function worked very well when used to clean up an accidental overspill of butter/sugar mixture that burned to the bottom of the stove. The black top color is hard to keep looking clean but using the intended cleaner keeps the glass shiny. Only thing we miss is opportunity to use cast iron cookware as these are not recommended for glass top stoves. Gave four stars instead of five for dial design and glass easily smudging which should not be deal breakers on choosing a product.

This range is not only good looking but easy to clean and cooks great. The settings are easy to use and we love the convection oven. Our previous range had the larger burner on the left hand side and that was awkward for us because we used it the most but with the ability to adjust the burners to fit the size of your pan makes means you can have different sizes on either side and the warming we area is useful as well.

This range has a convection oven which is one of the main reason why we picked it out from the rest within the same price zone. There are 5 burners for ease of use; consisting of 1 triple, 1 dual, 2 singles, and 1 warming burner (which is great for keeping foods warm for teenagers without it burning). It's a range, it cooks, it bakes...roast.. and serves our purposes and we're extremely happy with the performance. Easy to clean glass top, no need to use harsh abrasive to remove cooked on food stain, especially cooked on spaghetti sauce This replace our old GE coil range of 20 years. Let's hope this one will last as long too.

We've only used it for about a 2 weeks, but we love it so far. Easy to use, looks great, and hidden coil will be great for cleaning.

Very nice stove. Controls large and easy to reach. Super size oven. Easy to keep clean with polish. I REALLY LIKE IT!
