The delivery was timely and the two employees were proficient and professional. They also made sure that my stove would not tilt. They reviewed the stove components and allowed me to freely ask questions.

The range was not what I initially wanted and that is the only reason I did not give it 5 stars. I wanted an incorporated air frier but the store could not tell me when it would arrive. This was my second choice. And a great one. I cook A LOT and it works great

Great range, replaced our range of 10+ years. Heats water quickly, and the oven’s heat is evenly distributed for an even bake. My husband loves to cook, and the bread proof feature is a great addition. Worth the money, highly recommend!

Nice stove. Really like the one over-sized element on the stove top. Oven works well and heats evenly. We used the convection feature to brown our turkey on Thanksgiving. CONS: The lower drawer seems to be flimsy and has already bent just from opening normally.

Love this stove, works great bakes things evenly and the four burners are great the front ones have four different sizes and the back ones are small and the warmer is perfect to keep things warm while wait for the rest of the food to be done

I could not ascertain whether I could use cast iron before purchase. I had tried a couple different ways, but did not find it out. It is not recommended for this stovetop because it is not dead flat cookware. This, however, is not an inductance stove.

I am really liking this stove. I much prefer the black glass top to my last gray glass top stove. It cooks a little hotter than my prevoius range but I think its more accurate. My baking is finished in the shortest time listed in recipes. I am happy with this purchase.

Love it. The convection feature is amazing, it cuts down baking and roasting times significantly. We really like how you have an option about using the full coil or half the coil on the front burners. Definitely worth the price.

My wife really likes this oven. Great adjustable burners for large or smaller frying pans. Also the oven temps seam to be accurate for when you roast or bake. Have not tried the convection function yet but looking forward to trying it

We have had it for a few weeks now. it works well, heats evenly on all burners and in the oven. For a cheaper stove, I think it is a great buy. My only complaint with the stove is that the clicking of relays as a burner or oven energizes on and off is very loud.

We just got this to replace an older GE electric range and so far, wow! I have to admit, it feels a lot more complex than our old simple oven, but I really like the warming plate and the multiple cleaning features.

I don't think the oven works very well on this model. For instance, if I set it for 400 degrees, it heats to that temperature just fine. But only 10 minutes later, if I reset the oven to a new temperature, it will tell me that the current oven temperature is somewhere between 290 and 350 degrees. So I feel like I have to continuously reset the oven temperature to keep it at the temperature I need. I have not noticed this issue when I use convection.

Product performance is great. The stove heats extremely fast and the oven heats really fast too. The dishwasher is really cool, The LED display are easy to read and the dishwasher does a great job in cleaning the dishes.

Love my new oven. It’s pretty, preheats quickly. I didn’t realize how inefficient my old one is. Son figured out that if you turn the light on, oven the oven, lights off when you close it. No more light being left on.

The oven overall is great. The display doesnt have arrows, so you type in the temperature and time. You cant add to it. You have to turn the oven or timer off qnd start over. Not used to that. Also, it takes over 10 minutes to preheat.

Works great so far! Had a little adjustment with the burners as they are more powerful than my old stove but so far so good. I’m loving it! Still need to try a few of the new features but definitely satisfied so far!

Large front burners with multi setting/ speed boil options. Warmer burner keeps things just right. Convection settings make meats n casseroles evenly baked/ broiled ro perfection! Cleaning functions work with just a finishing wipe off.

Great range for the money. I looked at different big box stores and found that Best Buy had the lowest price by far. Excellent shopping experience and will recommend this range to anyone who is looking for one.

Service was exemplary however the product itself has had some issues. First the glass on top of the stove had a hairline crack. The stove was promptly replaced. Now tomorrow I am calling because the light inside the stove does not work.
