It has many features bread proofing, slow cooking, dehydration. Broiler is efficient. Holds the temperature perfectly. Has a nice warming burner and also has quick to boil burners. Most importantly they all work. My last 2 electric panel board appliances failed in the first week! I also love the knobs instead of electric buttons as they fail.
