Delivery (Geek Squad) was exceptional going the extra mile to get the product to us in a timely fashion. Customer Service was excellent in untangling a computer glitch in the scheduling of the delivery. The product came in perfect, working order. The scheduling glitch is the ONLY reason for dropping the fifth star.
