Love the product, but had to have 3 different ones delivered before we got one that didn't have a large sent in the side from mishandling in the warehouse. (They came out of the box damaged) delivery guys were amazing tho and exchanges went smoothly. They let us keep the original item for use until we finally got one that was undamaged.

The stove working fine it was able to fit in it space after it was clean up now the cabinet is fix and look nice sorry no pic later added a new stainless steel range hood, the back splash will be replaced and the counter top replaced to fit around the stove to try to make over the kitchen bit by bit

Great stove easy to use.. needs consistent cleaning

It works great. The controls are intuitive, the oven temperature is spot on (unlike our previous one). The cooktop heats up very fast and is trivially easy to clean. HIGHLY recommended. (BTW, the installation guys were wonderful, too.)

So far so good. Cooks great and quickly for an electric stove/oven! I wish you didn't need to go with glass stove top these days for electric as I fear what this will look like over time, but a month in and it still looks great.

It was the only oven that was available in a timely manner everything else that I wanted was 6 – 8 weeks out and that was just a suggestion. I like the glass top, don’t like that burners they run to hot. I have it on low and the burner has it boiling there is no going lower than OFF. Putting the knobs on high is hard to tell, you only know it when your burner is not staying red and your pot is taking a long time to bring to a boil. Just move the line under the HI and hopefully you will be boiling soon. You have one warming spot which (runs hot) you end up playing don’t burn the food and how do I keep all the pots warm when you are cooking something in the oven. Speaking about the oven using the arrows to set the temperature takes a special touch that I do not have. It takes me forever to push the button one at a time because if you keep the pressure on it you are up at 500 in a blink of an eye. Bringing it lower is just the same. I am wanting to cook not play roulette. This is the same for the timer so I am using the old wind up timer or my cell phone it’s so much faster and less frustrating. Now let’s talk about the oven, the top heating element works really well, It doesn’t feel like the lower element is keeping up….The top of my items are getting done, yet the bottoms are playing catch up. Even when I pre heat a pizza stone I cannot get the dough to cook and not have the toppings get over flavorful (brown-black=burnt). I am a cook not a baker my only attempt to bake I made muffins that I have made for years they have never came out this color and so uncooked on the bottom. I have moved the racks and tried cooking another pan still the same. I do not like this oven for many reasons, I am a seven days a week three plus meals a day short order cook for my family. The oven is put to work, I am using multiple burners most of the time. This oven/stove top is a big fail. I recommend it for someone that cooks once and a while and only one to two things at a time. The heating drawer is only there to store your pans it does not keep anything warm. Would I purchase this again? You all know the answer…If you are a cook you need to upgrade hopefully it is in stock somewhere. From a family that looked for any stove in stock that was under $800.00 to be delivered and old one removed in the tri county area.

Works great. The back is flush except for a few inches at the bottom so now i have to move my wall outlet down so i can push this all the way back to the wall. And it is a lot more black than it is stainless steel but still matches the other appliances okay.

Works as advertised, really liking the quick boil feature as my daughter has to have her nightly tea. Only point to contend would be that the glass is so much harder to clean than the ceramic top it replaced, but that's the material, rather that manufacturer fault.

Love my new range!!! Best Buy had it in stock in the style I wanted - the other home improvement stores had to be ordered with an estimated time of 4-10 weeks. getting used to the ceramic oven - actually seems to heat and cook more evenly. Very happy with my purchase!!

we bought stove and microwave both of this series. they look beautiful... made our kitchen look amazing. self cleaning function is great, take away lot of work. almost and year since we purchased... it is going great.

Good functionality and easy to install. We had similar one before. To compare the two, this one looks better with the all glass door. However, the previous model had indicators for each burner and had the display for oven in red, making it easier to check.

We’re in the process of a partial kitchen “redo”. We took out our old wall oven, and removed a cabinet with our range top. We replaced those with this Samsung range. It’s exactly what we wanted and needed. So far so good. Works great and looks great.

I feel like the stove top burners cook hotter than the settings should allow. I notice that when reducing the heat that it takes longer than other electric stoves I've used. The oven works well and preheats quickly.

The time to test a new oven is for a Thanksgiving Dinner! This range is great. According to our recipes and cook time the oven is precise and the warming circle on the top, along with the 4 burners, is great when you need everything to come together all at once.

We love the range. We got a great deal because it was the floor model. I love the delayed start feature and the warming eye. The front two eyes allow you to use one or both of the rings of heat which is great for varying pan/pot sizes. Great purchase!

I have it for almost 2 years. And let me tell you: DEEPLY DISAPPOINTED IN SAMSUNG. First of all it started to rust. Secondly display is glitching. I'll keep it until it stops working but ill never buy samsung for appliances ever again.

Great product, fits perfect in the space I have available. Best buy came through in a pinch when the competition sent me the wrong size oven and then told me I'd have to wait 8 weeks for a replacement. They had it delivered and installed in 1 week.

I have really been enjoying this range. We’ve had it about 6 wks now. Fits in great with my vision for my kitchen (still remodeling). The only downside is that I was told by a tech not to cook with cast iron because the heat doesn’t disperse enough and it can crack the glass top.

I love this oven/stove. I am glad I bought it even after reading some of the reviews. I have not had an issue with the range top as described in some of the reviews. I would recommend this as well as purchase it again.
