The touch pad for the oven temperature and timer is hard to push. I do like the results I’ve been getting from the oven. I wish the glass top was easier to maintain. I also wish the oven had more shelves.

A little hard to adjust temperature at lower stove top settings. This is a little unfair since we are comparing to our induction stove, about $1,700. We bought this to install in a house we were selling so we could take the induction model with us. LOVE induction cooking!

Have had the range for about a month. So far so good! Love that there are no coils to clean inside the oven. The glass top makes the surface a breeze to clean. No complaints here.

The color and the look of the product is excellent. There is more room in the oven as the coil is not at the bottom. The drawer underneath is smaller than my previous oven, so I'm having to find new places for things, but overall, it's a beautiful oven and stove.

Old stove broke on Xmas Eve, purchased this out of necessity, but wife loves it, excellent stove and great value. Best Buy team came through on a very busy and stressful shopping day, huge shout out to team at Town Center!

I don't typically recommend electric ranges to friends. For everyone else, the fit may be an issue if you have the plug set in the floor. The Best Buy deliverymen just shrugged their shoulders and said to get an electrician to move the plug. This was never an issue before so something with the design. Anyway, not good! I had to remove the lower metal backplane myself and it then it fit. I had to do this myself and accidentally tipped it which caused a dent. The metal around the knobs is very soft! The range does work well and I'm sure the new owners won't be disappointed.

Love the range itself. When I ordered the range there was only a white choice. BLACK was delivered! It does look great and I would have ordered black if there had been a choice, which again only offered WHITE. Therefore 4 stars. Next time I'll come in.

Was great cooks great bakes great. 14 months into owning it aka 2 months out of warranty both front burners go out.

Took one point off because sometime it can be hard to clean the surfaces but other than that it is a great electric stove. Have not had time to use the oven so can't give reviews on the oven or self cleaning. Love the stainless steel

The hardest part of the process was opening my door for the delivery guys. You really make it so easy for me for the second time and I really happy to come back to you again at any time I need any thing

It definitely serves the purpose well. The oven take a little longer than normal cook times I’ve noticed and the rapid boil function is just okay- a tiny bit faster than typical but not anything crazy. Overall I think it’s worth money.

I'm extremely happy with this purchase. Heat is evenly distributed. Preheating is quick. It does its job.

Really enjoy cooking on this. I went from a gas stove to electric and this has made the transition smooth. My only complaint is it heats so well I burned my food the first few times cooking trying to get used to it.

This Samsung electric range match perfectly with my kitchen. This range is stylish and works very well. I love its self-cleaning function with three settings. It's a nice range to have!

I brought this stove during covid, at the time it wasn't much to choose from. Nevertheless this is a really good stove. Well worth the money!!

This stove is great!! I love how fast the oven heats up and the fast boil option is very helpful with having kids constantly needed to be taken somewhere.

I recently bought a house and it has this stove. My husband and I were a bit hesitant because I had never cooked on an electric stove. We decided to keep it until it craps out and buy a gas stove I actually want. It has worked fine since then....it's just a little hard to not burn things so easily on this kind of stove. We bought this same kind for my mother in law because her stove didn't work anymore and she liked mine so we got her one for mother's day. 4 months later the 2 front burners go out.

After looking around for several days I found this stove. It has most of the features I wanted. It fit in my budget. The overall unit is great but the oven drawer is not as sturdy as I had hoped.

I researched for months before finally ordering this stove on sale. It took a little getting used to.. just having two different burner options on a couple of the knobs. Otherwise, we love it so far!
