I purchased this stove November 2020 the day before thanksgiving and now two of the front stovetops are not working and it’s hasn’t even been two years. the product didn’t even last a years and a half before it broke. I would expect something I spent $800 on to last a little longer than 1.5 years it’s honestly ridiculous! If you still want to purchase find the longest warranty you can get I wish I knew it was low quality

Went to clean bottom of oven and painted coated flaking off. Never had this problem with our 20 year old oven. Samsung warranty expired after only 9 months of having the product !! Apparently the warranty starts before you even have the item delivered. NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT

I waited about 3 months for new stove. Then I didn't turn the oven on the first 2 weeks that when I turned it on a month later the bottom cracked again and i can't get a replacement so now I spend 800 and still have a cracked stove.

After the 1 yr warranty expired the front large burner regulator was malfunctioning - burner would go from low setting to high all on its own. Regulator part number couldn't be matched for online replacement.

Freestanding Electric Range with Self-Cleaning - Stainless steel and it was delivered on 11.23.20 with scratches on it so I called for a replacement. Customer care scheduled another delivery date for the replacement on 11.27.20. Customer care set up the delivery for the replacement at a different address I had to CALL BACK and RESCHEDULE AGAIN. Now customer care scheduled the delivery for 12.1.20 between the hours of 12pm to 6pm. I didn't get a delivery so I CALLED AGAIN to find out they have to RESCHEDULE again. Now I get a call at 10 pm from best buy for washer and dryer delivery. This needs to be resolved asap.

I purchased cords with the install but the installation person used the cords from my other stove.. they should have refunded me for the equipment that wasn’t needed or used but they didn’t.. I felt that was very dishonest and disheartening to say that I’ve bought all of my major appliances after the flood of 2016 from Best Buy.

Glass cracked after 15 months of use
