    Have not had too many things go wrong with this one. I guess my biggest complaint is the glass top on this stains very easily and often, Other manufacturers give a little sample of product to remove the staining so you know whats best to use. NOT SAMSUNG!

    The stove looks nice but the glass is not thick anything hard could break it!

    This cooktop broke down twice in a year… this time is only couple days after warranty, it broke down again - can’t do high temperature and the oven can’t go up beyond 350…

    Awful Delivery Experience!!

    I paid extra to have the new stove installed and paid for them to bring hookup cord with them. They were also- according to the order - supposed to remove old stove from house. They would not take old stove less than 10 feet to outside of house and would not install new stove. They did not bring in cord I had paid for, left nothing showing I should get credit for installation fee I paid or cord I paid for. I would never use them again!!!

    Shows smudge prints and already looks scratched. Would not recommend this Stove to anyone. Shows marks everywhere.

    Purchased in October 2020 the oven stopped reaching temperature January 2022.

    Pick up was perfect...the problem was when I opened it was when I saw it was smushed on the back and on the side pretty irritating

    Takes a while to boil even when on high. Definitely not self cleaning... Overall 4/10.

    This is the biggest piece of S.... I have ever bought. It doesn't work correctly. It either heats up to low or it burns your food. I do not recommend.

    Sparked and shut down after only 2 weeks. It took a lot of arguing and aggrivation to get it replaced.

    My glass topbegan cracking and i dont want to replace the whole thing. Why would it begin to crack and pieces of the place came off

    We love this stove!! It was hard getting used to the vaper that comes out of the oven when you open the oven door, and but overall does what it needs to do.

    The biggest piece of JUNK - if they give this to you free don't take it. The whole dash board has gone crazy and when I called I was told "out of warranty" and they know it does this within the first year. Lights won't go off even when burner is off and cool Now the fan makes noise and to have all of this fixed - plan on $550 appliance bill. DO NOT PURCHASE a Samsung LG product for your new kitchen...total junk.
