There was no instruction from the delivery or salespeople on this stove, and the instruction booklet also did not help us understand how this stove and it's strange burners actually work, we had to figure it out for ourselves. We still like the stove, but instruction has been missing.

I find the control panel difficult to use. The bottom drawer is too shallow. I could not fit my usual small pans in with the covers inverted. I had read this in reviews, but many ranges are coming through the same way. I chose it because all my appliances are all black and I bought it for this reason.

So far it has been a pretty good oven. Hope it will last a long time

Bought this a few weeks ago, works great! Stove top and oven heat quickly and maintain temperature well. The stove top is a bit touchy with spills, been cleaning it but if something burns on it, it can be difficult to remove even with the proper cleaners.

The stove is great. I absolutely LOVE the warmer. The 2 fast boil heating elements are great I love that both give the option for smaller and larger pots.The digital display is blue, there is also range on indicator and hot element indicator. Overall great product for the price.

I had my old stove go bad so immediately needed a replacement. I bought this stove because it was just want needed. My previous stove had a convection oven, U never used it, so didn't want a convection again. This oven heats quickly as does the stove top. I love it.

I like that the lower heating element is under the floor panel rather than exposed. It makes it easier to wipe clean. The back panel is a little flimsy, so you need to make sure to not push too hard when adjusting the settings. Overall, a good value for the price.

The knobs on the stovetop give you the illusion that the elements have a range of heat settings. They do NOT. High is always on, medium is on for about 30 seconds then off for about 30 seconds, etc. The stove top surface holds some heat, but if you are trying to cook something on medium heat in anything other than cast iron you can definitely hear it sizzle loud for about 30 seconds then start cooling off, then repeat over and over. The oven is even worse. I've preheated the stove to 450 to cook a pizza, and when I came to check on it the pizza wasn't cooking as fast as I'm used to. When the stove is pre-heating it shows the temperature it is at, after it preheats is only shows the temp it is set at. However, when my pizza was taking forever to cook I decided to turn off the oven and re set the temp. It took me 10 seconds to turn it off, set the temp to 450 again and start pre-heating. The temp it displayed was 350! That means that when the stove is set to 450 it will actually dip as low as 350 while cooking before heating back up again! This stove is a joke. Don't buy it. Get a high end flat top or go with the regular stove unless you actually intend to use this as counter space that also has the capability to heat up food.

Love almost everything about this except am a bit disappointed by the warming center. It does not keep food very warm. I put some cooked chicken on it to keep it warm and when I took the plate off, the chicken was cold.

I like the quick boil options. Wish the self clean you could leave in the racks.

I am pleasantly surprised at the full functionality with this electric range. It looks great, has 5 burners (2 high!) with one a warmer. It is self-cleaning (my first!) and easy to use plus it looks great. I highly recommend!

I hated my previous range - this one has 1 feature I love which is that it shows you what temperature the stove is at throughout the preheating process. I love that. I dislike how the button you press to set the timer is so hard to push. So far I have baked a cake, a casserole, chicken breast and some biscuits in it. Everything but the Chicken cooked properly in the normal amount of time. The chicken required extra time to be cooked all the way through. I like that the knobs for the burners are on the back above the cook top. Other options had the knobs in front and I don’t think those are the safest with small children around. I’m pretty certain that this cook top surface will be heavily scratched in no time.

It's good value for money but when sitting in the breakfast area I see a lot of gaps above and below the oven door. I have looked to ensure that it's a design and no manufacturing issue. Its fully functional and looks good otherwise

The stove works well, easy to clean flat top surface. Burners hit up quick and there is a light that comes on after you turn burners off let you know that the surface is still hot, great feature.

My old range was 17 years old and I couldn't wait for it to finally go so that I could buy a new one, I love my new stove. The only problem was that I had to wait for delivery a few extra days because of the hurricane, but I have it now and I just love it..

Being new to the Samsung family, well I did have a cell phone in the early 2000’s but I’m back and I can say Samsung is a fantastic product, I love the warm that keeps the perfect temp and the eyes are not too close to one another.. #ImHome

Bought this Range for a customer and they are extremely happy with this product. This range exceeds all their expectations for their kitchen and is exactly what they were looking for. I would definitely recommend this Range to anyone shopping around.

I searched for this stove for weeks at every best buy store to get it on sale. It has the features I wanted and the modern style is just a plus. My daughter loves to bake and is loving the timer. I am looking forward to using the self clean option.
