It scratches and stains easily and is not easy to clean. The fast boil is not that fast. The glass top is the most disappointing as it looks stained all the time.

The Best buy Geek squad services and their sub contractor are absolute awful to work with, they don't call you back and are run by overly incompetent people. Do not recommend using their warranty services.
