piece of crap!, don't buy, lasted 3 months

Their "certified tech" said it was because we didn't give it proper maintenance, what the heck?, we just bought it 3 months ago, its basically still new! It clearly was a defect on samsung's side and they didn't want to honor their manufacturers 1 year warranty. It is not the first samsung appliance we have had problems with, im done with samsung appliances
