Slow baking time and dies not clean up well but it dies the job,

I have had this product for only a little over 3 months. The cook top started to bubble up!!! i have NEVER seen this in my life, and have had cook tops like this before. The warranty doesn't cover it because its "cosmetic". Which is garbage, the top is obviously faulty. When i tried to ask customer support what could cause the bubbling they were absolutely worthless and could not tell me enough how NOT covered by warranty the problem was. Even though that was not my question, my question was what could cause the bubbling. Don't waste your time or money. I have had many samsung products and this will be the last. We have had problems with other samsung appliances as well.

This is a pretty standard electric range with a fair amount of space. Good low end model

The top is not easy to keep clean and the oven doest com things even

Not impressed with oven temp off and can only adjust 30 degrees.

Stove was good but the quality was lacking in the durability.

Only used for simple cooking so far. Works fine and fits well.

I have been incredibly disappointed in this oven from the start. I had the same one previously, and I thought its flaws were from being older, so instead of getting it repaired, I purchased a new one. It has never maintained an accurate temperature, and the burners do not maintain heat either, so it is difficult for water to come to a boil and then maintain a boil. It makes it nearly impossible for me to do any kind of baking of cookies or cakes with the wacky temperature changes that occur. I will never buy another Samsung appliance, as I have been equally as disappointed in a refrigerator I purchased, which has had many issues. Not sure what's going on with Samsung, but not acceptable!

Just bought it recently and dint use it yet. Looks good.

I am a true fan of Samsung products, however... this one missed the mark. It takes about 20 minutes for the oven to preheat, the front burners have the 'fast boil' option which does not stay on. It heats then turns off, heats then turns off over and over. Not sure what part of fast boil that pertains to. Both large burners are on the front, would have preferred to have one small, one large on back and front of the stove top. The bottom storage drawer is so narrow it will not accommodate the lids for pans. Very disappointed and stuck with my purchase.

good one but bestbuy.com offered a cheaper one. I could not price match.

Oven and stove good broiler not doesn't get real hot

This range looks great but I was very disappointed. I'm used to great product from Samsung in electronics and didn't expect such a letdown. Buttons are hard to push, it takes longer to cook in the oven, uneven heating on the stove top....I'm debating returning it.

I was extremely surprised on how easy the glass top scratches. After using it just once it looked like the 8 year old GE that it replaced. Worthless glass coating. Not Happy at All.

Samsung falls short with stove. We tried 2 different Samsung stoves, they both died. Went with a GE stove and have had no issues at all!

Don’t waste your money. Cheaply built. Took a cooked sheet out the office placed it on the top of the stove top and it melted. Didn’t know you could put hot things on a stove. Best Buy wouldn’t stand behind their product, either would Samsung. Really disappointed I just bought this. I was going to replace all the appliances with Samsung not anymore. If you do buy this junk buy the warranty from Best Buy.

The top is a pain to keep it clean. There is no light indication of which burner is on. After a couple of weeks one burner die. The warranty applied but I needed to deal with the hassle.

Top got all scratched since day one, i hAve top cleaner and it doesnt work.

Thank goodness I bought geek squad protection. Nice oven, may have had problem because I purchased a floor model out of the box.

I think I expected the surface to be more resistant than it is. Scratches very easy.
