Also, it's easy to scratch. If you move a pan around on top it will scratch the surface.

Our family cook almost everyday and we've used different brand of ranges before and never encountered these types of issues before… 1. We use all different types of pans and pots and different brands have different type of bottom surface. Unlike other range brands, Samsung range burner area scratches really easy!! Never in my life seen those type of scratches. 2. One of the burner area is now totally cracked and we are not able to use it in case glass gets hot and blow...… Not sure what cause this type of cracks… 3. As far as stove, we placed aluminum foil to catch any drips while baking meals and we are shocking to see that stove bottom surface created huge dent/marks and paint started to peel off. I’ve done this before with other stove and never had this issue… (Don’t place aluminum foil on bottom of stove…)
