Great Oven- Terrible stove top

Since I purchased this stove I have not one been able to simmer on the stove. It won't heat on a low setting. It constantly starts and stops on high heat even when you set is to the lowest temperature. I can't tell you how many dishes I have burned because this stove does not properly regulate it's settings. Next stove is not going to be a Samsung!

The oven stopped going above two hundred degrees a few months ago. Repair man said it would be just shy of $500 to fix it. Somehow, it started to work again two weeks ago. Last night my daughter turned on the oven, and sparks came out of it. Will never buy another Samsung appliance again. All repair companies have echoed that their appliances are junk. Save your money!

Had it for just over a year and the to cracked (not under samsung warranty anymore) replaced with new to and within 2 months it cracked again. this is obviously and defect and Samsung doesn't want to hear about it.

The oven top turns on but the display is blank and now best buy is telling me I basically have to wait another week to get it looked at. The old stove was the same brand and had the same problem when we moved into our new home that why it needed to be replaced and now the new one is doing THE EXACT same thing......

The oven heats unevenly and burns half of the bacon in the exact same area on all the bacon strips. The warmer on the stove stop does not work. Very unsatisfied and would not recommend
