Disappointed - clicking, slow to warm up

The bad: - Oven clicks on and off very loudly. The convection fan clicking on and off is tolerable. - The oven takes ~10 minutes to reach 400 °F. That is twice as long as our old oven. Why! - The stove top looks like it's had one year of use after only one use. How anyone can be happy with this range is beyond me.

Worked great...for the first 3 weeks

I really like the looks of the black stainless steel. After everything that installed the dishwasher did not work from day 1, the water dispenser on the fridge had to be replaced after a couple days, we are also currently waiting for our 3rd freezer door as every one of them has been scratched and scuffed. The oven completely went out on day 23 and we are waiting for a replacement also. The only appliance that I had not had problems with was the microwave. Intallers Have all been very knowledgeable and easy to work with, but the appliances themselves are horrible.

Not good for long!

I bought the extended 3 year warranty but didn't have to use it until now! The oven coil came loose from the top of the oven and hangs at an angle so it doesn't cook properly anymore. The convection option no longer cooks evenly. The temperature is not even. I can't figure out how to remove the glass top to clean under it! Also a heavy 4qt pot of water cracked one of the front eye cover areas! So I'm not happy with the Samsung range and will stick to Samsung electronics from now on.
