After four years the oven started over heating to extreme temperatures. Requiring a new control panel to fix.

I love this range but am disappointed that the top is so hard to clean. I bought a special cream for cleaning but still can't get all the spots off.

I've had the oven for little over a year used the self clean for the first time and now oven panel does not work. Quoted $350 to fix!

Its not easy to clean the top. Cooking leaves ring or mark on the stove top. No cleaning solutions can make the stove top look smooth.

Well all I can say so far is that I have already scratched this and I am so sad. I love the finish look but you better be really careful

This may have been the worst range I have ever lived with. The large front burners are very hot. Even the lowest setting is to high to gently simmer a pot of chili. The back burners are small, and due to the bump-out of the control area, larger pots won't fit. The oven temp was about 10 degrees low according to the separate thermometer I bought. This range lived for 5 years and 1.5 months until something had a meltdown - the oven got hotter and hotter even when turned off and smelled up the house with a burned smell. Had to flip the breaker to turn off. Incidentally, the range lived for 1 month longer than the matching Samsung microwave which also burned itself up. A shame since that was the only Samsung appliance that I liked. Ice maker on the fridge went in year 2. I don't recommend Samsung. Never again for our household.

Just hard to accept things are built cheaper now. My last stove was just stronger and wouldn’t dent!

I was excited to get all my new appliances Samsung the whole set. Dishwasher doesn't clean very good. My stove first day I got it the screen where the time is shown melted. Why would it be made of plastic?!? I am really disappointed in my Samsung appliances should have known I had q bad tv too

No option to buy conventional electric oven. Why purchase a feature you probably won't use.

The black cooktop is always dusty looking despite my daily attempts to clean it. It scratches pretty easily. The drawer below the oven feels cheap and is difficult to open and close with the minimal finger pull. I truly expected more from Samsung. I would have returned this appliance if it weren't a short term purchase for my home.

This is what upset me the most. I knew not to use a hard or ruff cleaner on the black top of the stove but the first time I used the stove the top was scratched. I would go back to electric coils in a minute! But have had no problems other then cosmetic!

This stove looks nice but you better have the cream cleaner for it. I MEAN WATER stains it and the SURFACE STAYS TOO HOT after cooking so you can't clean up right away... See if the new cooktops come in different material. shiny black glass is the worst.

This one is okay. I don't like the first one haven't give me any problems yet

The stovetop is alright and I like the features of the top. Currently annoyed the screen is flashing constantly and seems to be short circuited, unfortunately for Samsung because I decided i'd just now write a review.

Self-cleaning is not working although it has never been used before. Also, a light is on indicating the stove is hot when the stove is actually never was on. I am very disappointed with the stove.

This a terrible purchase, It got on fire twice it seems the electrical has an issue, another thing is that if you buy a protection plan from GeekSquad don’t waist your money on this They take forever to answer your needs and every time you call them about the situation they say they have to open an ticket I have been waiting for more than 2 months on the range replacement still nothing and also I Apply for the food reimbursement also nothing Good luck with Best Buy!!!

We purchased this range Spring of 2017. We had one delivered that took nearly an hour to preheat and Samsung came to work on it and was unable to repair. We were quickly sent a new one. This one worked fine and really no complaints until Fall 2019 when it started taking 45 minutes to preheat. (sound familiar?) anyway it's out of warranty so we start calling repairmen and the resounding answer was we don't work on Samsung or LG appliances. I think when you find local repairmen won't touch your appliance that says a lot for the integrity of this item.
