We bought this to match the slate refrigerator. That was a mistake, should have known better. I cannot get the stove top to clean up or stay clean. I have tried all the recommended products. Brand new stove looks worse than the 20 year old stove it's replacing. The burners are hard to control. The temperature is inconsistent and either does not warm or boils and burns. Very dissatisfied. We are returning this for another brand.

I REPLACED ALL MY KITCHEN APPLIANCES WITH SAMSUNG 3 YEARS AGO. WITHIN A YEAR I HAD TO REPLACE THE MICROWAVE DUE TO IT OVERHEATING AND MAKING A LOUD NOISE. THE REFRIGERATOR HAS ICE BUILDUP THAT PREVENTS THE ICE MACHINE TO WORK APPROPRIATELY UNTIL YOU REMOVE THE ICE BUILD UP. THE RANGE'S LED DISPLAY MECHANISM HAS TO NOW BE REPLACED DUE TO ITS ONGOING FLICKERING THAT CAN'T BE FIXED. SAMSUNG AND BEST BUY BOTH REFUSE TO STAND BY THEIR PRODUCTS AND HAVE BEEN NO HELP.

The over all of the oven is great. I'm not real impressed with the flat top it scratches very Easley. I've owned flat top stoves before & never had this issue.

Oven started to spark after two years...self cleaning feature may cause your stove to have a shortage and stove may no longer operate

Great stove with great functionality ... we thought we were lucky enough to find this item on clearance/open box, but when we took it home, there was severe damage to the rear of the stove. The whole back fire panel was dented in and had to be repaired and replaced. Be cautious of any open box/clearance item at Best Buy!!! In the end, we had to pay more for the repair of the stove than a new stove would have cost.

Garbage not happy at all w the Samsung appliances nor the service. Had to send away 9 refrigerators bc they all had dings. Finally got a good one and it got a ding 3 days later from my tennis shoe. Not to mention hot wheels and kids are the kryptonite to all these appliances. Trying to sell not worth the $$!

The appliances are what we picked out, but the salesperson wasn't clear about what the free installation on the dishwasher would be and we paid an extra $100 for a small part. She also told us we would need a dishwasher kit that included a hose and electrical cord and we only needed the hose. Her manager would not allow the return of the unneeded cord and was very rude and unwilling to help!

Would have bought elsewhere knowing the hassle I had to go through to get appliances delivered in a timely manner

The stove is hard to clean and the hot surface light is defective

I am happy with the stove but not with my delivery. There are dents on the back of the stove and the gentleman said they would give us a 10% credit on our best buy card but the bill just came and their is not a 10% credit.

I am not a complainer but this stove makes a loud clicking noise the entire time the convection or the normal bake in the oven is on. Samsung says it is normal. Well why would they put a product out that has this annoying noise! We don't even want to use the oven. It has to go!

I was disappointed in everything about this stove except surface controls. The surface got HOT from the oven, notification beeps were noisy, the oven heat was uneven, other minor issues. I returned it.

We LOVE LOVE LOVE the Convection oven!!!! It saves about 40% in baking time. The stove top large burners are really nice. We really like the rapid boil feature. It has been about 10 years since we replaced our stove. Really glad she was with me in the store that day. She fell in love with the appearance and the convection oven. Since then she loves the large burners over the old ones. Get this you will be happy you did!!

It wont hold time or temperature. Had two service calls on it under warranty and two more after. Now yhe fan is making a yerrible noise. Awful product

I would not recommend this product to no one. I tried the self clean option for the 2nd time and once again the oven stopped working. It also locked up and will not open.

The numbers on the knobs were all gone within the first 3 years of having this 600.00 stove. Huge fire hazard.

Bought a stove . Had a problem with stove when it was still under warranty. and it took almost 2 months to get another one. Terrible service

I cant even start how disappointed I am with this product. Never again will I buy Samsung products.

Heat surface warning light has been on since 3 weeks after I purchased it.

Perfect products, no problems or complaints at all what so ever.
