This oven has been great with the pre-sets and very easy to use.

Absolutely will not maintain a consistent temperature. I keep two separate oven thermometers inside and when it claims its preheated, it's still 25-40 degrees under the correct temperature. A half hour later it will finally reach temperature, then another 20 minutes later it will be possibly 20 minutes over temperature, so baking is a completely random process. And this is using conventional baking, so it's not just a matter of not understanding convection. Also, although on of the reasons I bought it was for the self cleaning feature, I was warned by the installation technician to never use the self-cleaning as the heat may damage the main board. I've suffered with this oven for a year, getting ready to discard it.

So I bought this stove after reading many many reviews on Samsung and since Best Buy had it on sale I said sure why not. 1 month into buying this stove the oven stared acted up, taking 30 minutes to heat up to 350*. Called Samsung they did NOTHING. I was constantly calling them cause the oven didn't work, the oven door won't shut, it stays ajar, and Samsung's response is it is not covered under warranty. Evidently NOTHING is covered under warranty. Save yourself the hassle and never buy this bloody awful machine. The customer service at Samsung is one of the WORST customer service people I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with. They don't know their products and how to fix the issue. What they do, do is redirect you over and over and over and you never end up with someone who can help. When you ask for a Manager they hang up on you. Save yourself the hassle and get a Maytag. I have had this oven for less than 2 years and I am already looking to buy another stove. Biggest waste of money!!

I really like this stove. I really want to give this stove a good review but i can't. 8 months in one of the burners quit working, warranty issue, no problem, the wire had become disconnected. How does that happen? It's not mounted in a truck, it's attached to the floor. 24 months in and the oven does not hold temp. Out of warranty, $648 to fix! It was just over $700 new. POSamsung. I will never buy another Samsung product again, An $800 range should last longer than 2 years. Is it really my fault for not buying the "extended warranty"? Why doesn't Samsung build a quality product?

I wish I could give this range zero stars. The self-cleaning oven feature is not accessible after only 7 months of use since the hot surface light will not go off. The burners have all been replaced - the front right one has been replaced twice! And the small burners in back still function better than the two 'super' burners in front. My service agreement has not fixed any of these problems despite 3 visits.

The oven in this range did not work from day one. Called Best Buy and was told that since we didn't purchase Geek Squad policy, we would have to call Samsung. Samsung took info and service person didn't show. We were told that they didn't come because we didn't furnish serial number of unit, which was a lie. Finally, a service person did come and didn't have the part. When part was installed, it didn't fix the problem. It has been nearly two months without an oven that works. Another service call is pending. Samsung service is poor and Best Buy doesn't help. I would not recommend this range.

I have had four times now where my range stopped working properly. Only the firstt time was in the warranty period and the last three have cost me dearly. And I have only had the range about three years. Very dissatisfied. Is there a rating below 1 star?

Not even 18 months old and already have issues Terrible quality for $ i paid. Better get warranty or better yet get different brand

This looks really good, but the performance is terrible. The oven takes generally 5-10 minutes longer than directions to cook a meal (sometimes longer), and the stove top will turn off, even on high, without boiling my water. Called Samsung, and I was told that I didn't have enough electricity running to it, and they were stumped when I told them I had an electrician out. My 10+year coil stove and oven did a much better job!

Have had this stove since 2017, started out great, but in 2020 the the clock numbers started flickering and in 2021 the oven quit working.

Worst ever. Please do not buy Samsung. I have had 3 replaced in the first year.
