The burners are either boiling hot or nothing... there is no real adjustment. The oven also runs hotter than normal. I would never recommend this stove

Samsung. You may make a great TV or phone, but never again on a appliance. 5 years and the oven is 100f shy of set temp and setting the front left burner to low, gives you run away high heat. Dangerous and unreliable. Never again, Samsung.

The cool top discolors after inital use. Not sure what happened but burners are now white.

13 months after purchase received error SE on display rendering oven useless. Obviously out of warranty, I ordered a new board and hope that will do the trick. Should have lasted longer than just past warranty expiration.

The top already has marks on it! I followed all the instructions and used the specific cleaner required but it already has marks and spots that I remove. And these aren't scratch marks either, and it doesn't seem right.

I bought this stove to go with the matching fridge. The stove has far exceeded my expectations for the price paid. I love the stainless steel look. I can't say enough positive things about the stove from the front 2 burners having the rapid boil, if wanted, or being able to use them as regular burners, the fact that the fan in the oven turns off when you open the door and that there is both a cook timer or kitchen timer. The oven does not take long to heat up and there are some preset buttons to heat up food. The only bad thing about the stove, which is with all stoves, is that before you can use the oven you have to heat it to 400 and let it run for an hour. Due to having a newborn and it being winter I sealed off the kitchen, with the window open and box fan blowing out, while the smell burned off. The two guys that delivered the stove were great too.

Oven broke within 30 days. Only used it once before breaking.

I just received this stove and I love it! It has all the features I was looking for and was sized for my small kitchen. The only thing I'm sad about is the storage drawer on the bottom is about 1-2 inches shallower then I was expecting. Had to find a new storage solution for some of my cooking pots as none of them (even the small one) wouldn't fit anymore. Side note: make sure you grab the serial number off the back BEFORE it's installed, otherwise it's a pain in the neck to record it for product registration.

Purchased this at the end of Oct. have been baking and cooking, absolutely love it. Never had a convection oven until now, Thanksgiving turkey came out wonderful. Not one burned cookie for the holidays. First class top stove too. So easy to clean with the cleaner.

Nice design. Fast oven. Easy to use. Now, we can prepare our meals much faster.

This range was purchased a month ago and has met all my expectations.

Has fulfilled all expectations so far. Delivery and setup was great. Just like our new stainless steel fridge, this thing is a fingerprint magnet. Only real gripe is the storage door underneath the oven, doesn't have a handle nor does it have anywhere for your hand to pull it open. Just kinda have to open it from the top or from the sides. Overall, very pleased.

Heats up extremely fast top and oven, looks great to.

This is an oven/range. It would be pretty hard to make a bad one. When you turn it on it gets hot. Everything we cook gets cooked. I am going to now make oatmeal.

I love the oven. It looks and works great and BestBuy had the best price. My only complain is with BestBuy installation. I was told by delivery guy that They can't install the oven using my old Samsung oven power cord which was in perfect shape. After waiting 2 hours for delivery, I told the driver to leave it in my kitchen and I installed the cord myself. I placed the order online which showed the cord as an accessory, but there was no mention that I need to buy a new cord for installation !

So far so good. We went to the Best Buy Store and talked with a rep and specifically asked for Child Safety Locks and was told this model has it. From what it appears there is no child safety lock but rather a lock. The oven will lock (both door and controls) if all commands are cancelled and oven is below 400 degree's. Sort of disappointing as we were assured it has child safety locks. Other then that issue which some of the blame has to fall on use the surface of the stove top stays hot for a very long time. Feels like an extraordinary about of time. The oven itself also stays very hot for a very very long time. 1 hour at 400 and with the oven door open it took 45 minutes to cool down to the point where its not blazing hot. Overall happy

Works as expected. Disappointed that the stove top is not quality. After cooking on it a couple of times I can see where the top is starting to bubble. I would not recommend purchasing this item because of it. I've owned the stove 2 months now.

I love how I can use his oven as a convection or conventional oven! Plus this oven has a sleek design which looks great in my kitchen!
