Old one died. This one replace it. Nice and affordable. Does it's job.

Only after 2 cooking sessions, the smooth top paint started bubbling up. I called Samsung and of course that is not covered. This happened only 3 days after it was installed. I have owned for 6 months and the issue only gets worse. Again Samsung, said it is not covered under any warranty.

The stove features are great and it functions well that being said I still do not recommend this stove. the stove top will scratch very easily if you simply move a pan a little on the burner it will leave deep scratches. If you use a blue scrub brush it will leave swirl scratches (I use these on Teflon without leaving scratches) If a scratched stove top won't bother you then this stove is great

I usually wait a few months before I write a review on my appliances because I really want to write a honest review. I wish there was a way for me to return this horrible stove. I was able to return the microwave that I bought with it and got a whirlpool in its place. I honestly think Samsung has a very long way to go when it comes to appliances. Their TVs and cellphones are great but their appliances, not so much. At first the stove worked ok but now after 3 months it takes the oven way to long to heat up. 350* takes about 15 minutes to heat up. 425* takes about 30 minutes. The door of the oven does not shut all the way and I have called Samsung a dozen if not more times. Their customer service department is one of the worst that I have ever had to deal with and I have Time Warner Cable and a service provider!! It took me forever to get a hold of some one and then they kept on sending me to another department. I call I was sent "to another department" 6 times. Still have the stove and I have never wished for an appliance to blow up that I do this one. Stay clear Stick with either Maytag or Whirlpool. They know how to make and Appliance.

Do not buy! Let's just say I wasn't going to write a review on this because I really don't have anything nice to say. 1 week after I got it.. circuit board gave out on me. 3 months after I got it, the warmer was hardly working anymore (too late at this point to return it so sucked it up). Now 10 months later, what can possibly happen?!?! The glasstop breaks. What is worst... Samsung's warranty don't cover physical damage. Good luck if you choose to buy this... 10 months and I have to get a new range!

Saw positive reviews here online and bought this oven. I should have read reviews on other sites and Samsungs overall customer service, but I didn't and I regret it! Had oven for 2 months and slightly bumped the front edge where the white paint is with a lightweight cookie sheet and a chunk of material and white paint fell to the ground. A large black spot is now the first thing you see when you look at the oven. I understand it was our fault it was bumped but ovens should be able to withstand heavy glass pans, metal pans, etc. without falling apart. I have owned 3 ovens and never had a chunk of anything missing out of them! Customer service said it's physical damage, not covered and fix it on your own. The quality and durability is terrible, customer service is terrible, and I will never own another Samsung product as long as I live!

I bought this stove back in 1 year, worked great for me for 1 year and once the warranty expired, it started acting wired. It locks the Oven and unlock by itself, and also started beeping noises. I called Samsung and they had no answer and said it need a service. I would NOT Recommend this product.
