Cooks and bakes better than expected. Easy to install and operate. Takes some getting used to switching over from a regular stove to this fancy one.

We needed a new stove and found this one on sale . It gets super hot and I love the convection bake !

The oven is very modern appearing and fits well into the kitchen that has chrome faucet. Oven works great and the stovetop is fast in heating up water.

Love the stove but the buttons on top are extremely sensitive and turn on every time I wipe it down which is very annoying

Great Range for the price, works great! Digital control panel is fairly user friendly. Pre-heats in a flash with the convection option.

Just got rid of a 40 year old range so this is quite the learning curve. Although I have to say that the manual is great at explaining all.

I only got to cook on it once, because I bought it from my brother and his wife. But she’s over the moon over it. Very beautiful stove

I tried 2 of these ovens. The first one, I thought was a lemon, so we tried a second. #1 would drop the oven temperature and the oven read out would read the set temperature(350). Example, I would put in a pan of cookies (3rd pan of the batch out of 5) and they were not where close to done at 10 mins. Turned off the oven and turned back on to 350 and the oven's digital read out read 291 degrees. This happened multiple times in the 2 months with this oven but not all the time. Usually the problem occurred when the oven has been on for 2 plus hours. I thought it may be a faulty temperature probe. Replace with the exact same model, same thing happened again. This time I did some testing with a supplement oven thermometer and a completely empty oven. Supplement thermometer place left of center front by door(not in the corner but not dead center of the convention fan) Opened the door to let out heat with oven at 350 degrees, closed door. Supplement thermometer reads 300 degrees , measured the time it took for supplement thermometer to reach 350, it took 9 min 20 seconds. Now did the same test, but turned off oven and turned back on to 350, digital oven thermometer read 311 degrees, supplement read 300. Oven said it was heated back to 350 in the time 2 mins and 20 seconds. Supplement thermometer took 4 mins and 30 seconds to reach 350 degrees. I understand the discrepancies in time because the probe is at the back of the oven and the supplement is in the front of the oven. But to wait over 9 mins for the oven to come back up to temperature or having to manually turn off the oven and start agin to get it to a time of 4 and 1/2 mins is unacceptable. I did call Samsung and they had no answers other than that those times may be in the acceptable range. I would not recommend this oven to anyone that is going to bake anything with multiple pans or having to open the door to switch out pans. I do a lot of baking with 7 kids, so not the right oven for us. FYI: I have followed the recommendations of rack and pan placement according to manufacturer (3 and 5 rack positions) and all cooking and testing was done in the "true" convection bake mode (which is why you pay extra). As for Best Buy, they have been great throughout all of this hassle and bought the 3rd oven in 2 1/2 months from them.

Our old stove seemed like it took forever to pre heat or even warm up the burners. This stove/oven is super fast and cooks things thoroughly.

Only concern is the stove top scratches.Every time I use the stove and any liquid spills, it has to be wiped clean and leaves marks.

The stove is attractive and works well. I can easily grasp the controls. The top has been easy to clean. The storage drawer has adequate space.

Remodeled my entire kitchen and the black stainless steal really offer a sleek look contrasted with white cabinets and black granite!

This oven is the best thing I have ever purchased. I love the convection feature, rapid boil, and warming ring.

Beautiful oven. Annoying click that I do not like. Only a few months old. It seems to cook fine. I have not had any issues yet.

I love my oven I cook a lot I love to cook .but it is hard to keep clean. But it ok I keep it clean.

Has similar features to ovens that cost over $1000. Performs reliably and haven't had any problems. Would definitely buy it again.

Everything was as stated on time and all Sales person know his stuff answer all ? Had a price match from others no problem

My wife and I love this model. Very well made and a great value for my President’s Day sale purchase.

Have not used it a lot. I have been out a lot. Like all the features, trying to learn all the dials etc.
