I love this range. Especially the convection oven. I baked 9 loaves a banana bread. Perfection. evenly baked.

I've been using this for about 2 months now and really love the range. The oven works well, the thermostat is pretty accurate and the option of regular or convection oven is great. The cooktop is pretty straightforward although the triple burner can be a little problematic although I am slowly learning to use it. The only real problem I have found is finding a low burner temperature that will cook slowly but not burn, the low temp settings are a little touchy.

I'm so happy with my purchase! Love the way everything cooks so evenly. I'm really enjoying the convection oven :)

Bought at a Best Buy outlet store. Open box item, but there was an owners manual and anti tip bracket + hardware inside, so it had everything needed. Was packaged by store personnel sufficiently to avoid damage. Stove works great, like the warming center, and the front burners have dual coils so they have plenty of power to boil a large kettle of water. Nice range for the open box price.

So I shopped long and hard for this stove. I really did my homework, from cost comparisons to reading countless reviews for multiple stoves/brands, I was confident I had picked the right stove at a good price. I did read several reviews about the difficulty of keeping the stove top clean (so I was warned) and I purchased stove anyway. I have had glass top stoves for almost 20 years and have never seen a stove stain so easily. Something as simple as boiling water will leave marks on your stove that are difficult to remove. So while it is lovely to look and the oven size was so appealing to me, I probably should not have purchased this stove. A good stove for people who do not actually cook on it.

Love the black stainless steel to reduce any fingerprints and smudges. This stove is also very easy to clean.

Bought this as a replacement for an older stove and love the new features especially the convection oven

I've always purchased appliances at lowes or Sears. Lowes bc they offer a military discount and sears in the past due to Kenmore quality. I didn't even realize best buy sold appliances at competitive prices. Well, from now on BB is where I'll buy all my appliances and electronics due to price match, excellent customer service in store, ease of purchase, no delivery cost and those that delivered also provided excellent customer service!
