It has all the things I need in a stove and its sleek

Love the option to choose between regular and convection oven. Also love the variety of burner sizes on the cooktop. The burners heat up very fast for electric which is nice, no waiting around!

This is a great looking range. I was a little skeptical purchasing a stove made by Samsung, but I am so glad that did. The convection oven is a new twist, if you do not have one you are missing out.

Love our new oven! Have had it for over 6 months and have had no problems. Functions are easy to use and I like the extra options for baking, broiling, slow cooking, etc.

I have been able to reduce my baking times with the convection feature. The cooking eyes heat up quickly and cook evenly. My only slight complaints are that the stove top does need to be cleaned thoroughly after each use and the storage drawer under the oven is rather flimsy.

This stove is awesome. Not only does it look good in black stainless but it works great and cleans up easily. The different size burners for each are very convenient also.

Our new oven works great. The only downside so far has been getting the cook top clean. We have purchased a few different products to try and keep it clean and it been tough.

After reading the reviews on this, they all seemed to be from people who were inconvenienced by little things rather than by people who actually thought the stove was bad. I have had no issues with this range and LOVE all the extra features it has. It's beautiful, cooks perfectly, and with the extra features I will be able to widen my range of cooking. The oven itself is quite large capacity, and the stove top is the first I've had that I was able to fit my large pans and still fit the medium pans on the back burners. They are spaced out perfectly to make it happen. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

Always do my shopping comparison on the internet. Then always make my purchases at Best Buy. I trust if there is a problem that Best Buy will make it right. Most negative reviews were bought some where else. Will receive my range on Saturday.

I LOVE our new stove, it works really well. I haven't written a review until now because I was too upset to do so. The drivers scraped up my steps by not lifting their lift up, just dragging it up the stairs. Plus we bought this on sale as it was a display, and on the paperwork when we bought it it just said "residue on top" when they dropped it off, there was a new {IN DIFFERENT INK} mark saying "broken leg" when I asked, I was told that was there when I bought it. It wasn't, and no one ever called me back on it. We haven't gone back to this store since.

We are very happy with this oven. It reaches high temperatures quickly. I especially like that it shows the actual temperature as it progresses towards its target temperature.

It took us almost a year to figure out the oven temperature was off a good 50 degrees. A lot of baked cakes turned out poorly. Best Buy couldn't help so we called Samsung. They were brutal trying to get someone to come out and adjust the temperature. A technician came out and said the temperature was within the acceptable range! Finally we took it upon ourselves and after a few tries we got the temperature corrected. The range is easy to clean. I would definitely get a smooth top again.

Love the different size burners available and the warmer on range top. Large window for viewing without having to open door. Convection roast and bake a plus.

Nothing negative as this is a great electric smooth ceramic top stove. The only issue I have is that the salesman should of explained what to buy Before one uses the cooktop ,plus explain how to use and clean it... After I used it for the first time and got water and food stains on the surface, I had to Google what to do and then went to Lowe's to buy all the correct cleaning items to clean up the stains. It once again is perfect, but found that the appliance dept at Lowe's was much more knowledgeable about the use of the stove than the salesman who sold me it at Bestbuy.

Used it the first time and tried the convection. A lot to learn with all of the new options. It is very easy to use as a regular oven and wonderful to clean!

I picked this up after our old range died. I wanted a convection oven and this fits the bill great. The last stove we had the top broke due to a small pan and a large burner being used and became to hot. this stove you can select the burner size which makes it nice.
