    Love Samsung products, will continue to purchase, unfortunate internal damage caused a replacement, Samsung was great in resolving the damaged TV issue by issuing a replacement

    This is a ok TV, just be aware that you will have to purchase 98% of the apps you want to use or even interest you. With the exception of Pandora, Netflix and YouTube. The TV is pretty useless regarding the "smart" TV if you don't buy the apps. Its smart alright, yeah it forces you to spend unnecessary cash. If you want a internet tv just go buy a adapter that basically transforms most tvs into internet tvs

    I bought this for my mother who is 76 and tech challenged. I found some settings on the internet and was extremely concerned because the picture quality was not even close to what I have on my TV at home (Panasonic plasma). I went to CNET.com for another try at the settings and the TV looked much better. Initially, i thought I was going to have to return the TV. After the tweaks, the price vs size vs PQ was passable. My mom is pretty happy with the TV. At first she thought it was too bright
