Very happy with the purchase. 50" and Smart TV - cant beat that! From now on Samsung is my favorite brand.

Looking forward to purchasing a 32" for our bedroom just like the one we just put in our living room.

I love Samsung tvs, they have beautiful pictures and I feel like I'm the movies when I'm watching them!

As described awesome LED for the price, needs some calibration to get The picture show room quality.

I bought this TV for my wife to watch sports, for which it works great. However, I've had lots of trouble connecting to my home network.

My first Smart TV and I love it! Actually enjoy watching TV now. Should have upgraded long ago

We weren't planning on buying it when we were at Best Buy but the price was too good to pass.

Overall love this TV, - my first "smart" tv. I would recommend this 50" Samsung to anyone.

bought tv for my 88 yr old mother and she loves it.

this was the 2nd Samsung that I bought to replace a model that I had just purchased (from the deal of the day offers) and ended up trying to return the new improved model for full credit within 3 weeks due to the same exact issue presented itself with this replacement model. The real issue is this new improved model did not even make it a couple of weeks before the same exact screen issue again presented itself. To me this would be a manufacture issue which Best Buy should handle as they recommended this model and they are a Samsung distributor and since this is the 2nd TV with the same exact issue as the first model ( Best Buy credited in full the first Samsung deal of the day model) and their sales staff recommended the new improved model along with a new improved higher cost warranty. The new warranty policy which of course cost more but also provided in home service. So I Called the Geek Squad and Placed a call for the 2nd model to be looked at and arrange a home service call. so the same day they are to arrive I recieve a phone call stating they do not do home service for screen issues we would need to take it into the store. By this time I am totally disgusted and very Mad as the sales associates sell the warranty's as added insurance for issues like these and that they will come to you and handle all your tv issues.. They don't tell you that screen issues are not covered. VERY Disgusted, So now I pull the TV down re-box it up and return it to the store to get credit for the TV and warranty and BEST BUY says NO can do. (please note they did it when we upgraded and it was more money in there pockets) Now they won't even credit the cost of the Warranty Please note this TV is less than 30 days old. I have followed all their rules, but now they want another 40.00 to send it in and then they state we need to pay the cost of repairs. WHAT a Warranty,?? NEVER buy a BEST BUY warranty on any product as they are never what the sales staff tell you they will cover. VERY DISAPPOINTED in Samsung and Best Buy (I have many samsung tvs which I had purchased thru Best Buy) but to have two Samsung models elicit the same issue is a bit extreme and for BEST BUY not to honor a return is beyond my comprehension especially with the added cost of the in home warranty. AGAIN VERY VERY disappointed with Best Buy I will be closing out my acct and posting these issues online for other Best Buy customers to see and beware of as BEST BUY warranty program is not what is touted by their sales staff. Any other Store would of credited the return in full no questions asked. AGAIN I will no longer recommend BEST buy for anything especially with so many other vendors wanting my business
