    Samsung won't update Adobe Flash Player

    I really like the TV. Great picture, great price, easy to use features. The biggest issue I have with it is that it won't stream from ESPN 3 because it needs an update to Flash Player and Samsung refused to do so. If you want to watch sports on ESPN 3, forget it.

    really nice picture quality to this set, but that's about it. The smart hub lacks big time as far as connectivity to any home theatre system. Extra optical cable is required which degrades the sound. Manual is lacking big time. No help whatsoever as well as samsung customer service, don't even bother. For a so-called smart t.v. samsung dropped the ball on this one. Connected T.V.'s with apps is a nice idea but I don't think the technology is quite there yet especially with this set.

    Disappointed with Netflix App

    I upgraded my old TV to this Smart TV, but wish I was still using my Wii to connect to Netflix. The only thing that changed was the TV and now I have to log into my Netflix account repeatedly! It logs in, displays available streaming content, but then fails to load the selected program. You then have to exit Netflix and upon clicking the Netflix App a 2nd time, you have to reenter your Netflix account information! This happens too regularly. Wish the app could retain the log-in info in local memory.. If you bought this TV for the built-in Netflix App, it sucks!!

    Not worth the money

    The tv was definitely not worth the money I spent on it. Not only is the sound of poor quality, but the "SMART HUB" doesn't work. After spending two hours on the phone with Samsung to have them help, and calling Geek Squad, I'm left helpless. Geek Squad, despite purchasing the warranty, won't cover the fact that the television's promising feature DOESN'T work. Less than pleased with Samsung's quality, as well as how Best Buy wouldn't stand behind the product that they sell to customers.

    Misleading info about wireless keyboard

    If I would of known I couldn't purchase wireless keyboard like I was told I could I would have never bought this particular tv. Salesmen need to tell customers the truth. Very disappointed. The remote is hard to use when trying to go on the Internet.

    I was so excited to get this tv, it had everything I wanted including apps, Internet and the latest LED technology. Well all my excitement went down the drain after I hooked everything up and the screen was all messed up like it had been dropped or something. So I decided to go with a sturdy Plasma by Panasonic...... So glad I did

    Beware - No YouTube app and Screen Mirroring

    1) YouTube app is not supported. Another app call LinkToYoutube opens youtube site on browser. That is not fun and very inconvenient. 2) AllShare feature is missing, so we can't choose to cast from smart phone to tv. (The sales rep didn't know this either) 3) TV stand doesn't swivel.
