I bought this TV, not realizing that the base was not centered, but were legs instead. When I proceeded to place it on my furniture where the old tv was, I realized this one would not work in that space. The legs are 40" apart and longer than the furniture. I will need to spend $140 for a stand but at least it's an option. My mistake not paying attention to the base and dimension of my furniture.

Great screen, the set up a little confusing

In the beginning it will have 4 apps, but only web browser would work... the other apps were downloading and updating, which was normla, but did last for 3 hours or more. I moved the router closer to help out. After those hours, everything looked normal, the screen is nice. My mom loves it. We connect it to Fios and the image is very sharp. Volume, was good enough. As I have said in the beginning many features were disabled due to the update, but later you can do as you desire.
