Smart tv, out of focus image

Frame and legs were sturdy, setup was super easy, but its picture quality sucked. Went through all of the settings, could not get the fuzziness out of it. Picture was not clear, facial tones tones were too red. Ended up returning to local store and bought a Hisense instead. Now there is a great picture right out of the box.
