Only one issue... youtube or netflix or other app takes time to load

Purchased it as a gift. Pretty good compared to what you pay.

Very poor communication between Fed Ex and Best Buy.

Model is ok if multiple jacks/ports are not needed

My TV arrived broken. You could hear something moving around inside. When turned on, the picture would be distorted for a split second then it would just shut off. Easy return process though.

First tv arrived with an electronic failure. I hadn't to box up and retur to local store. Second tv has a very dark picture that can't be adjusted. I'm just too frustrated to return it.

The sports channels looked like NBA 2K, the first NBA 2K. It was like a bright splotch of color was running across the screen. There was a lot of ghosting when it came down to sports.

My TV has lines in it, running from the top of the screen down to the bottom. The colouring is also horrible.

I haven't even had my TV 2 months yet and the picture is light. I was watching TV that morning went to the gym and I when I came back and turned the TV on the picture was very light and dull. I played around with the settings thinking I must have hit something but nothing would fix it. I unplugged it and still the same problem. Before this problem I really enjoyed my TV.

The scene has red dots, lines through it, background is dark till it worm's up and darkness goes away.

Hung the tv turned it on and nothing but green lines,returned for a comparable Sony which is better anyway. You get what you pay for and while I like Samsung clearly the Black Friday sale version was made cheap to sell cheap

Don't buy this piece of garbage. Mine broke within a year of when I bought it. Super cheap on Black Friday deal, should have known it was junk based on the price.

This samsung smart TV is poor quality. Picture went out after 1 1/2 yr .

It turns out that the TV was something that Best Buy only sells for the Holidays and is an inferior product

Bought as open box. Screen cracked! Went to return for new one and just my luck all SOLD OUT!

I took a gamble purchasing this TV w/o any reviews which I don't normally do. Purchased online late Monday night and received it 1st thing Black Friday morning. Excellent service Bestbuy & FedEx. Nice big TV very lightweight. Love the Wifi & Web Browser feature a plus. The preinstalled apps are great plus you can add on apps that are not already preinstalled. Very easy to adjust picture quality to your liking. Great picture quality and surprisingly TV sound good even though I connected my soundbar to it. If you are fine with 2 HDMI slots this TV is perfect. I purchased a HDMI splitter from Amazon for extra HDMI slots for my other devices I have which works perfectly. I do admit the feet are very short which makes the soundbar block full picture view at the bottom of the TV screen. Despite that this TV is worth the money at $299. If you have a budget for a TV purchase this is the one. Grab this deal because you will not see this price again. Glad I bought. Great job BestBuy.
