Great TV in the end

I went the next day to the Dublin Best Buy with my Son to the return area, explained to the gentleman what happened, told him we wanted a replacement being it was for my Mother-in-Law. Approximately 10 minutes later, he came back to the counter with a better quality TV than what we had. Got it to my Mother-in-Law's house, set it up, and had a VERY happy person. Thank you for going the extra mile. Made our Christmas great.
