    Sales person was helpful pointing out differences in TV's. I was unaware that some tv's with bigger sale prices actually are made with cheaper parts. So when you see the big discount, you think you are getting a great deal, when you are really just getting a cheaper tv. Love the product so far. Bought the sound bar to go with it and it is a great combination

    I've noticed that watching sometimes the volume has to be turned up all the way. Also when watching netflix there can sometimes be lag between the video and sound. While this may be reflective of the wifi connection, I don't have issues watching netflix off a sony blu-ray player.

    I love this TV. I waited a long time to purchase it and did lots of research beforehand. When this TV came up for sale at just over $500, I knew it was time to purchase and I have no regrets. If I had one con it would be that it comes with only two HDMI ports but that's nothing a HDMI switch can't fix.

    Not the best smart tv, but hard to complain too much for the price. Pretty slow overall. Many apps I'd like to get aren't available for download with Samsung. Netflix is pretty much the only one we use, and the audio and video get off after a few minutes. Pretty annoying but I just pause it for a couple seconds and it goes back to normal.
