good tv does what it is suppose to do only thing that is a pain is that when turned on and there is no signal and you try to switch to a different input it tells to 2-3 times not receiving a signal in stead of switching while i pointing the remote at it trying to switch

I have only had the TV for couple of months and so far it has been a good TV for me. The only thing I have to complain about is the delay between turning it on and being able to access the Smarthub. It would be nice if the TV turned on into the Smarthub. Other then that one thing like I said this is a good TV.

It was very easy to walk in to the store and select this TV. The sales people were very helpful and the information was clear and concise. I had broken my ankle and was in a wheelchair so this was amazingly helpful. I purchased a 50 inch Samsung smart TV and I Love it.

Amazing picture quality&user friendly instructions

We were having a problem with our TV and was in need of a new TV. After customer responses on Best Buy and the sell price, we chose this TV. Pickup was easy. Once home, installation was quick. Before long we were ready to finish our holiday weekend on a good note.

My parents loved the TV, but they had a problem with the picture darkening as they were watching. So my dad called the Greek Squad, they came out, took their shoes off at the door, they knew what the issue was, fixed it. My dad gives them a 10, nice service!

The apps that came with the tv are terrible and irrelevant. Most are foreign. Movies are very old. Loading apps is frustrating. Not user friendly. The tv has a good picture and was a good price, but overall, I wish I'd gotten something else.

Researched for a good size replacement to my 46" HDTV that stopped working after over 5 years. It did it's job. Important factors for me were Motion Rate 120, number of HDMI connections and design of the remote control. You'd be surprised how important where the volume and channel buttons are located.

TV is beautiful however, the base doesn't swivel so you have to turn the whole base. Additionally, using the facebook or Netflix is hard because it's a regular remote. The remote should have a full keyboard on the back like some brands.

I wish billing would get the lg off my credit card and put the Samsung I have on my bill...been dealing with this for a month.. I love the tv I have which is the Samsung and others have went and bought the same tv from Best Buy after seeing mine

The clarify on this television is crystal clear. I saw the display in the store and it looked exactly the same when we got it installed. Easy installation also. This is a fantastic television.

I've long been accustomed to using a printer hard wired to my computer. But I now use two computers; laptop and notebook, so I have both set up to use wirelessly. I could set it up to work via email, but haven't found a use or need for that yet.

Samsung is a great name, and make good, dependable products. We are very happy with our purchase and do not regret it one bit. Keep up with the great products samsung, so best buy can continue to sell your products with confidence as they do.

Purchased open box but was geek squad certified got home hooked up and noticed dark ring top center of tv only when I. Contain light colerd screens. Best Buy was great on returning product

Pictures was outstanding after a few calibration adjustments. The sounds was terrible despite numerous attempts to adjust settings. In addition the connection to router would require manual reconnection between Netflix viewings.

Seems to be a good TV. We haven't had any problems with it. You need extra speakers for good sound; and a wireless keyboard to enter user names and passwords, search requests, etc. when using internet options. Smart Hub can be slow.

Picture is great, but perhaps too good with older 480p recordings - the video just looks too crisp compared to what we have become accustomed to. Had to soften the images a bit. Internal speakers also seem a bit weak.

Good image , good brand but is there a big delay to conect the net.

We decided to get a bigger tv and read some review before purchasing AND we received an flash buy email. This tv happened to be on the flash buy, so we bought it and have no regrets!

This is the first tv I've ever bought and I am beyond thrilled with the product! The staff was amazing in helping me choose the right size for my living space. I've bought all my nice things from Best Buy and I will always be back!
