Bought this tv for our upstairs living room along with a 55" Vizio E series for our basement... Much more impressed with the Vizio. Not only does it have more HDMI inputs (for less $) but the remote lag on this Samsung is infuriating. In addition to that, this tv has to reconfigure its network setting every time you use an internet based app. So basically every time you use Netflix you have to wait about 2 minutes for the tv to reconfigure. I thought for sure this had to be defect but upon searching online and talking to my sister who also has one, this is a standard issue with many Samsung TVs. Not impressed, Samsung.

The resolution is great and movement is crisp. However, the sound/volume seems lower than most tv, have to place the volume setting at least 40-50 for the sounds to be reasonable, on some programs, have to raise volume bar up to 80, close to max volume to achieve great sounds.

Have had this for 2 months with absolutely no trouble whatsoever. Easy hookup, and needed no adjustments. Sound is weak compared to my 10 year old Sony 40 inch. That being said, Had to purchase a soundbar to get decent bass.

It was awhile since we looked at televisions and I was amazed at the affordable price, reliable brand name and easy to order online. Saved a trip to the store which is not in our area. I am very please with the purchase.

had to exchange first tv because it turned out to be to big for the room. Exchange was handled without any problems, Picked up first one and delivered second smaller unit for no charge. Great customer service.

Best tv I brought so far. I am very satisfied with my choice and recommend anyone to purchase it. I have never seen a television do so much. This television operates from my cell phone and have a screen saver....etc

I did quite a bit of research before buying this model. Although I intended to purchase a smaller one, the prices were so great, I went with the 50 inch. I am very pleased and satisfied with this TV.

It's a nice TV, good picture, etc. but why on earth they designed the base to not swivel is beyond me. It even looks like it will rotate but it is fixed. So if that's a feature you want then look elsewhere.

It's OK TV for the price. Has to exchange the first one because a stand did not fit the TV (cannot understand how this could happen unless BestBuy was selling an open box as a new TV). The second TV was opened and checked in the store and it was OK.

This TV is a remarkable upgrade from the old CRT set I have been using for many years. I wish the delivery crew would have taken more time instructing in it's operation as the store where I purchased it promised.

Picture quality is excellent however, little annoyances like only two HDMI inputs and streaming services very slow to load. My AppleTV and Roku are so much faster so not using "Smart" features.

Although I read many great reviews about this television, when it was delivered to my home, I opened the box and the screen was completely broken. But because of many prior great reviews and the fact it otherwise looked great, I gave it 4 stars.

Set up ok. Initially sound was good. Then intermitently shut off. Had to shut diwn and start again. Them realuzed subwoofer wasnt. Really producing sound.

Always please with electronics and any product purchase by Best Buy. Outstanding Customer Service and the Greek Squad always provide the best installation with attention to detail and perfection.

Bought this to add a second monitor to my system. It is very bright but not too bright. I now use this as my primary monitor. I like the form factor and how it lets me see the detail I need.

the product was great but Best Buy customer service stinks as it is impossible to reach the store by phone. This is my last purchase from this store until this system has been corrected.

This is my first smart tv. It has met all my expectations. I highly recommend it if youre looking to stream and mirror the picture directly from your phone to the tv. The HD is great as weell.

This TV has a great resolution. Heavy glare so maybe a dark room will help alleviate some of the glare. Lasted 3 yrs before it began flickering. I don't have an extended warranty so I am out of luck. It will cost me 180.00 to have someone look at it. I have a smaller Samsung in my bedroom that actually outlived this 50 inch by one year. So disappointed. Samsung lost me on it's phone now I am considering LG as my go to. My last LG at least lasted 5 years under excessive use. (my uncle slept with the television on EVERY night) Well, I guess it's time for me to move on...

Began shopping a new Samsung tv due my previous Samsung tv no longer working properly. I researched several options before deciding on this particular model. No regrets on my purchase.
