The Geek Squad set this TV up. They were on time and very courteous. They answered all my questions before they left. The tv works great.

Great TV and the apps work quickly. Of course u had to go out and buy a harmony remote and Samsung sound bar to go .long with it...

The T V I first had was not working right and I had o take it back. Samsung was not helpful but Best Buy was great and replaced the T V

This TV did not offer all of the amenities I was looking for. It did not have a BT feature to work along with my sound bar - otherwise the I would have kept this one.

Great product overall however the YouTube app does not work properly. Called Samsung - not the greatest customer service. No fix for the long known YouTube issue.

Very satisfied with purchase. TV doesn't come standard with a very bright screen, but you can adjust settings to get there.

The SMART hub acts a little quirky at times saying "Preparing to play", I usually need to exit and re enter to use the internet programs when this happens.

I got this television from the display. They bubble wrapped it so well I think I could have dropped it from a roof. Works fine. No complaints so far.
