    The smart TV apps. for Netflix and Amazon Prime do not allow the use of a mouse like they did on my old non-smart Toshiba TV. Using the remote for navigating these Apps. are slow and confusing. Using TV ears and Sennheiser products with this TV is a task. TV comes in fine with the use of a Cisco DTA 271 HD transmitter though. Have many Samsung appiiances that are great but the problems with this smart TV will make me think twice about purchasing another Samsung product.

    overall a great buy, the only issue I've had is switching from TV mode to HDMI 1. The TV forces you to wait for the static before it lets you switch.

    Usually Samsung is the way to go. This one was good although lacking features your would find on the 4K models. But still worth the price.
