HDTV was what we wanted great picture and easy setup

Size was great,choice of product was good for my money color spec s are great,

TV has a great picture and was exactly the size I needed to fit into space. I like the fact that the silver feet are gone on Samsung and that the rim around the screen is small. This helps when you a have a tight space and trying to get a bigger tv screen.

great picture, easy set up, Smart TV easy to access

Originally bought a Vizio but had problems with long start up times, picture freezing and it would turn itself off. No problems with this set. Picture is really nice. Unless you have to have 4K, this is a very good set for the price. Picture is awesome. Very light in weight compared to a plasma, same picture size, it replaced.

I gave this TV to my husband for Christmas and he is very happy with it. It was a no curse set-up! The picture quality and sound are excellent . The salesman in the store were very knowledgeable and helpful.

Great picture and easy to set up the smart TV apps

This tv has the same picture as the more expensive Tvs. The only difference is that the speaker faces down, has less menu features, and is also thicker. I set mine up with a home theater system and now love my Tv.

This TV was extremely easy to set up. It walks you through every step of the initial set up. It has a fantastic picture and multiple sound modes and the smart TV is easy to set up and operate.

Very good picture, good picture color & quality...love the smart feature

We ordered online and our 1st choice was 60", however it was not available for shipment to our zip code, I called our local store to find out why, although she wasnt sure why, we agreed it was probably because of size restrictions, so she took care of changing to 50". It arrived damaged. I expected a big hassel, the packing slip indicated if damaged, we could ship back prepaid or return to local store. We returned to local store. I expected a long line since it was a few days after christmas but the line was short. In addition the store manager insisted that we shouldnt worry, he retrieved the tv from our vehicle and brought it in to cust serv for us! After giving the cust serv rep our paperwork, the packing slip, she asked why we are returning it, I explaind it was damaged and she handed me a slip and said to give to sales person in the tv area. I did, and a new tv was brought up, checked to make sure it's was the correct one, and a represenative took it to my car, loaded it! We were in the store maybe 30 mins! Best customer service i have experienced in many years at any retailer!

I compared 50" TV's online and the Samsung was best. And, after month of operation, I am very pleased with my purchase. Great color and definition. Very reasonable price. Got online with a Samsung Rep. during setup with my Receiver. He walked me through it, step by step. Great feature. Would do it allover again.

Incredible value. Picture quality is excellent, super easy to set up. Replaced an older 50" and its incredible how much better the new TVs are. Menu is super easy to use set up is a breeze.

We will always buy Samsung Flatscreens because they are always reliable, beautiful and not too pricey for our budget. All of our Samsung appliances are durable, too!

Husband and I bought this TV open box. The picture is HD stunning, setup was a breeze, and we love the size of the TV itself. Nice and lightweight, easy to move. Would recommend.

Very good picture quality and sounds very easy to use and install

I will only purchase Samsung Tv's now. The last 4 of 5 have been Samsung. The 1 LG went back and was replaced by this current purchase. Beautiful picture, the 1080, 120 hz refresh rate is perfect for watching anything from high action movies to watching football. No blurring what's so ever. Great tv.

This tv has a very nice picture with decent sound quality. I added a soundbar later but was not a critical need. Easy to set up and love the SmartTV features. Really impressed with the quality of the picture. Great tv for the price.

I purchased this Smart TV after doing some online research as well as in-store reviews. I wanted to upgrade the screen size and came across this unit on-sale on BestBuy. Overall I am very pleased with the purchase, the ease of set-up, the picture quality and build quality.
