I purchased this tv and it has great color and quality.

I would have given a "5" if the sound had more bass.

Great Smart TV, but smart hub program work slowly.

We were looking for a good TV but not too expensive

tv is just the right size for our room at our house

I purchased this tv before Christmas and was shopping for the perfect tv stand. When I opened the box and pulled out the tv the screen was warped and cracked. One of the corners was chipped and it had no remote. I am going to try and take it back to exchange.

I purchased this tv just over a year ago. I was so pleased with the quality, but then within 4 months, the board failed and I had no screen. Luckily, because it was within warranty, they replaced it. However, now the board is within 1 year of being replaced, and it has failed again, but this time because the tv is out of warranty, they won't do anything about it. Ridiculous to pay so much for an electronic that only lasts a year. I wouldn't buy another Samsung product after this if this is the kind of quality and service they provide.

I bought a Samsung TV 50 inches that had a blemish on the screen . i could have exchanged for another TV but after the TV was set -up with a stand it would have been to difficult to load it in a car and transport it back to NH.

nice deal on black friday or other sale time, problem with LED/LCD overheating over time, maybe after couple years of use, some had shorter lifespan

The speakers are not as stereo sound, my last tv was older and had better sound, I had to hook up extra speakers to the tv to make the sound better. Other than that it is what it says it is.

Although this was a really nice tv it was lacking a sufficient number of HDMI ports. My minimum need was four so I ended up returning this TV for one with more HDMI ports.

Tested it out of the box with plastic still wrapped around it and it had a badly broken screen. Took it to nearest best buy store and they replaced it with a working unit.

I don't know why don't they do better remote controllers, it's the same controller since 10 years ago And nothing to say about the software, too slow Not it all smart

The picture isn't anything like we expected. Not bright and crisp. Lackluster at best. Especially in the evening, it's dark and doesn't capture the attention it should

Got this TV home, unpacked it and the screen was shattered. I returned it with no problems, however they did not have another in stock at the time. Replaced whit another model

Good price but not enough HDMI ports, and for a SAMSUNG its picture is not as good as seen in the showroom .

Great t.v. For the price I use it in the bedroom easy to hook up the cable and dvr . The sound is not the best but will do for 2 nd tv room

sound quality of product is poor on its own. flexibilty to adjust/customize color and hue etc. poor..non existant really
